It is great value for money! A little bit of refurb would make the place five star.

Lovely staff, that go out of the way to help. A beautiful private beach on the property, with massages and a beach front restaurant shack, with great Thai food. It is quiet and barely has any people on the beach front which is just lovely. They arrange trips to the city every hour and back, which works like clock work and is so convenient.

Breakfasts - I only ate once at breakfast.

Staff !!! Amazing, especially the young lady on reception - could not do enough for us. Rooms.... Both our rooms were spotlessly clean, Ours had a balcony overlooking the pool and our friend was in on the ground floor with a garden terrace outdoor place. Location : This hotel is on the beach and what a beach !!!! Only other beach like it, was in Maldives, Honestly the staff, massage team on the beach in hotel !!! cleanliness, rooms - the best part of our Thailand adventure was this place.

The beach beds could be replaced. No shade on the walkways from the rooms to the beach. Room service would be good, you need to go to the hotel restaurant to get your food and bring it to the room if you want to dine in.

The beach and see are very good. The staff is helpful and nice. Room is big and hotel provides a free cot for the baby (the only issue is that is not within the mosquito net. Bacon is delicious and egg station is good but the breakfast could have more variety. Is far from everything (for us it was a plus)

The food is not great - the breakfast is functional, but could be so much better with a proper coffee machine and a much better presentation of fresh fruit and veg. The egg cooking station was very good and the bacon was delicious. The evening meal was not good, but there are plenty of other concessions along the beach. The red wine offering was terrible - almost undrinkable - what felt like a pretty old wine from a poor wine box - and not that cheap either!

What a fabulous resort right on the beach - we were upgraded to a 'bungalow' with its own private pool, just by the beach. The staff were wonderful, the gardens are stunning (lots of glorious colours and variety). Direct access onto the beach (with other places to visit for drinks or food).

If I was going to be super picky I would say the breakfast could be a little better. There were a lot of Thai options (which of course is fine!) but no one seemed to be eating them so perhaps a bit of a waste. But the egg station was a real bonus! And the main clientele was German and they were very happy with the choices! Some ceiling fans in the breakfast room would be a huge bonus for both staff and guests.

The grounds are so beautiful and so beautifully kept, I loved walking from my bungalow to the pool or beach through the fish ponds! Also very impressed there were no mosquitoes (I think the hotel must have been fogging but it was a nice surprise!) The pool was lovely and the beach was stunning. Miles and miles of golden sand and a sunset to die for! Also several eateries along the beach were very welcome.

The room was fine but a bit dated. Last person's pants still in back of drawer. Clearly dust skirting and around backs furniture The biggest drawback is breakfast. Coffee and fresh fruit good. Fresh made omelettes looked OK. But bread was cheap, condiments cheap, fruit juice from.concentrate and way too strong to drink (come on!). Basically breakfast is low quality. When the gardens are so beautiful, its a shame to leave a pile of stained mattresses and cots outside our bedroom door. I assume the mattresses were trash and not spares judging by discolouration!

In general the grounds are well kept but the pool area could be tidied up a little and a few more loungers and umbrellas provided. This would be better as an adults only hotel as the children that do come easily disturb the tranquility of the hotel.

This is a well located hotel set on a tranquil beach with restaurants nearby and a short drive to Khao Lak centre. Breakfast is well presented and plentiful -

Smoking- On both sides of our bungalow the people smoked. It would be nice to have a no smoking section of bungalows Also, while eating at the beach front restaurant, people were smoking on both sides of us and that was very unpleasant. Obviously, we don’t like cigarette smoke. Just so people know, the hotel offers a shuttle to town, but you have to pay. It is about $13 round trip.

The staff were all very kind and helpful. The pool was sparkling clean and there were always empty loungers. The beach was just a one minute walk from our bungalow. The grounds were well maintained and attractive with lots of flowering plants. The beaches were great for walking - long and clean. The ocean water was warm and relaxing. The room was comfortable and very quiet. The snorkeling trip they organized for us to the Surin Islands was better value than the price quotes we got at the tourist stands in town.

It was perhaps too quiet in the evening, lacking atmosphere in the restaurant so we went to the restaurants next door which were busier.

The room air got quite humid occasionally. One night was a bit unpleasant because of this.

The staff was very helpful. The garden and beach area of the hotel were large and beautiful. The hotel also has its own restaurant on the beach and a pool so it was easy to stay the whole day at the hotel premises.

The beach loungers were very uncomfortable and so was the bed. We had a bungalow and there was only 1 chair in the room and the only mirror was in the bathroom.

No snorkeling spots on this stretch of beach. We took a great day trip, but missed the opportunity for daily snorkeling.

We loved our stay here! It was exactly what we were looking for... super helpful staff, lovely beach, not too crowded like in Phuket, great restaurant, the bungalow was comfortable and had enough space, the pool was super and the massages on the beach were fabulous and not too pricey.
