The first room they tried to give me had a terrible Odor and I asked to move. The rooms facing the street are right near the McDonald’s and they smell horrendous. Anywhere near those, there is terrifbe odor. I asked to move rooms and the odor was *better* but still not great. For a luxury resort, I really would have expected this to be sorted out and be a nonissue.

The pool was cool in temperature. Good location.

- the lower floors has no privacy, we wasn’t happy about our assigned room, but they’ve upgraded us to superior room with sea view in 7th floor, it was really amazing, so make sure to make superior room and make sure you have good view for the sea - no stuff to help you after 10:00 PM which is annoying, no laundry also no kitchen after this time

The rooftop bar was a little disappointing to say the least, we were expecting to be much better with this class of resort and Avani chain. More furniture, trees table and chairs definitely needed (that's just the basics).

The rooms are very good and clean, staff are super helpful and friendly. The top pool area is lovely and has quite a few trees so you can grab shade the entire day if you wish.

Guest leaving there towels on sun lounges 1st thing in the morning so other guest cant use. If you have lower leg mobility issues this accommodation will be a challenge. There are lifts for all levels but mechanical issues do arise which would make getting about the property extremely difficult.

Loved the central location of this accommodation & Ao Nang Krabi. The infinity pool is fantastic as are the views from the upper 5th levels. We stayed on the 8th floor & that view to wake up to each morning was just beautiful. The breakfast was fantastic! The staff are all friendly and helpful. All the shops are at the door and the beach is a easy 5min walk. Will book again when heading back to Ao Nang.

Nothing to specially note although prices have gone up significantly since my first visit possibly due to timing over Christmas.

This is the third time I've been here in as many years so that should be a good enough indication of my satisfaction. I have stayed in the same room all the time with the view being especially good overlooking part of the cliff and the sea. Location is excellent with a 7eleven and Watsons just downstairs and the hustle and bustle of Aonang just a short 5 minute walk away. Breakfast is especially notable for the choices although this time there were not as many local choices. Staff were very friendly and helpful and.we have been here thrice hence we do remember some of them. The pool is exceptional as well with a brilliant view. Cleanliness is good and I have never found cause for complaint and indeed a slightly wonky shower head which I complained about in my last visit was rectified this time. Very good indeed.

To get to the breakfast cafe I had to take three elevators. The lighting in the bathroom isn't great for getting ready. Otherwise all else was great.

Spacious room, good views, cold AC. The staff were great in helping when I had any questions. I had to get my phone repaired and one of the staff members found me the local shop and even called them to ask if they're open.

Check in process was delayed and room not ready as promised on 2 occasions. Additionally wifi requires personal e-mail to access and then slow wifi. Breakfast was absolutely disorganized chaos…. I gave this place 2 try’s; next year will seek a different option in Ao Nang

Lots of stairs and lifts as it’s on a hill side, you get used to it but not great if you forget something in your room with kids old people or a wheelchair I imagine

This place has it all! Two pools, multiple bars, infinity pool side restaurant, good food. Café for breakfast each morning. So great!
