Pool is nice but could be a little bit more polished.

Staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. Room is spacious and well designed, with plenty of natural light. Bed is comfy, there are enough sockets to work from, and the room has a decent kitchen and even a washing machine if staying more than a few days. Restroom is big with a separate shower and bath, strong water pressure and working water heater. Location is also good --central but still far enough from seedy areas and is pretty quiet. Breakfast is affordable and tasty. Overall, would recommend the hotel for business travel or travel with family.

Location is good but traffic on the central road is often terrible so it can take a while if you're getting taxis.

The balcony is a bit small

I love the size of the rooms and how well appointed they are. Lovely comfortable bed, the washing machine and the large bathroom and I do like the Japanese toilet seat.

nothing stands out. The breakfast is geared to international clientele so range of options but not endless variety of cereals and continental options. I stayed for 12 days and was still ok so don’t think it’s an issue.

Lovely room with washing machine that put an end to the sink washing I hated. Friendly and helpful staff which includes cleaners. Comfortable bed and smart tv that you can cast your phone to.

The only downside of this hotel is the size of the pool, but this is a permanent problem in Pattaya since there is just not enough space left in the city center. And I have to add that some of the guests,I think from India just didn’t know how to behave properly in a restaurant but that wasn’t the fault of the hotel personal and was short living.

The hotel is situated in Central Pattaya,not too far from anything. One can walk to the famous Beach Road or just take a Moto taxi, which costs about 60 Baht (1.75 USD), but all the round the hotel there are plenty of massage, salons, 7-Elevens, etc.. so there is not much need to go anywhere really. The Hotel itself it’s well maintained the inventory is in good shape the furniture is not outdated and has a modern touch.(pictures posted on the Booking.com site reflecting reality.) The bed is very comfortable and the Wi-Fi has a good speed. My cleaning lady on the seventh floor was more than excellent and this way I would like to take the opportunity and express my gratitude again. Also, the hotel manager seemed to be everywhere at the same time and made it sure that operation went down smoothly in her house. Beakfast is optional, and the dishes were mainly on the oriental side, however, fried eggs toast, etc. were on demand available, and the staff was very helpful. Most importantly, there was also an excellent coffee machine in operation accessible all day. Overall, the hotel made a very good impression on me, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone. During my four weeks stay, I considered my hotel room as an oasis in the middle of a jungle considering the busy coming and going in Pattaya.

Balcony a bit small !!

Near everything, but just far enough away to be really peaceful!! Room fantastic, new washing machine, great little kitchen area ( never used) tv, YouTube, Netflix, all English movies, channel no 2 on tv is hotel movies, all latest blockbusters free!!! Bathroom a bit dated but really clean, fresh and a bathtub ! Rain shower and wall shower excellent, constant hot water supply! Free WiFi in room!! Really comfortable king size bed, pillows etc all really good!! Aircon a must and working perfectly, in fact they give you a seperate card upon arrival purely to leave in electric supply so aircon stays on all day! Bonus!! Balcony a bit small, but adequate for sitting, people watching and drying clothes etc!!

I usually try to find at least one minor complaint so that whoever is reading will know I'm not a bot or shill. The only thing I didn't like about the Aster was that I couldn't stay longer.

Everything at Aster Hotel exceeded my expectations. From the professionalism and warm courtesy of the staff to the very well-appointed and well-kept room and amenities. Soft and comfortable bed. Diligent housekeepers who do a thorough job according to your schedule. The breakfast buffet was fresh, delicious, and varied enough daily to remain interesting (I would recommend having it included in your booking, as I regret not having done so). The location is nice if you're like me and prefer to be close to, but not right on top of the action. Short cab ride to shopping, the beach, night markets, restaurants (try Jasmin's Café) and anything else that you might need or want is likely even closer. I really can't recommend the Aster highly enough, truly a wonderful experience.

I’m reviewing this hotel after my first week of being here! Still here!! 1 Reception, always helpful, happy and professional with me, smiling always and really helpful!! 2. Housekeeping, Great team, very efficient, nothing left undone! Bathroom spotless always, floors great, bedding clean, crisp sheets, yes this team are brilliant!! 3 restaurant, Now I havnt eaten in bistro yet, but I have had room service a couple of times,, great selection of fresh food, well cooked and displayed, really nice to order( delivery quick as poss) and the flavour of food, even the chicken burger I had was beautiful!!! Will continue to eat here! 4 Location,, Really good this place, 3 mins by taxi into madness of Pattaya! Nice walk to beach, lovely and quiet at night, perfect for me!! 5 Room,, This room is great,, washing machine, small kitchen, great tv with film channels, lovely king bed, lighting is amazing, overall a smashing place to stay!!

I didn't like that the gym's dumbbell weights were 12.5 kg tops, and the barbell could be installed with discs amounting to 30~ max (maybe 42 with the bar itself)

Everything was perfect..even better than some so called 5 star hotel of bangkok and pattaya.

The hotel is best of the best. Facilities and amenities were even above the bench mark of 5 star hotel. Hotel staff were very friendly, helpful and service minded. The free use of sauna is also well organized. Late check out request was allowed to us.

I like the breakfast, room, staff cleanliness, there was a problem where my phone couldn't connect to the wifi but the staff quickly brought me my own router and everything works.
