- the facility is a bit outdated and the hotel seems like a service apartment. There are many building which you need to walk. However hotel also have car service inside the resort but you need to wait for a while.

Great hotel near Khao Yai, beautiful and spacious room, comfortable beds, the breakfast provided a lot of options. The staff was very nice and brought me a coffee outside the lobby when I arrived in the morning before my check-in. The property is gorgeous

I requested room with wheelchair access but the front office said that the building without steps was not available on my check-in date. My mother ended up walking a few steps at the entrance, a bit disappointed but any other services were very impressive.

Variety of food during breakfast Room and balcony is spacious and it is highly recommended for family. The room has river view and it is very peaceful. I highly recommend the stay here especially in Winter.

Compound are big and will really need transport to drive out if need to get to convenient store. The pool is just beside the breakfast area but is rather small.

The rooms are very spacious. titbits and drinks are all complimentary. The breakfast spread is good and have good variety for the kids and adults

However, mosquito in the room could be an issue at night. Breakfast area is overcrowded despite the good management. Due to the fact that guests from 3 resorts around share the same breakfast area, it seems tight and chaotic somehow.

The place is huge and clean. Greenery location is the best part, also the weather in the morning is good for going for a walk around the resort. The staffs are very nice and helpful. The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable. Sufficient facilities are provided and it’s chilling sitting on the couch watching Netflix. Only the wifi signal in the mountain is not very strong but it’s understandable.

Poor or no signage to find hotel. Lack of cell towers means map apps not working so need detailed directions on Booking.com post to find it. Phone number for hotel on Booking.com does not exist

The breakfast is almost Thai food and it’s not international as it should be …. Not so many varieties and there are small insects roaming around food due to the area near to the lake…

The place is so quiet … very nice and calm ….away from any noise …… The room is big enough ( one bed room delight ) with a kitchen and microwave…. I like the balcony view on the lake … the toilet is big and very clean with a bath 🛁 tub … I like the free shuttle to the Italian restaurant which is serving a great food….. staff are very polite serving nice welcoming drink 😍…. I really loved the place so much ..👍🏼
