It surpassed my expectations when first getting there. Nothing to mention as didn’t liking.

A local gem of excellent value for the money. Unpretentious but cozy, local style with all that one needs in attentive decor. Coquette, with heart and dignity of Thai tradition. The room space is generous with most comfy bed and silky sheets - loved that unique quality. Most kind and caring stuff. I highly recommend it

Weak Wi-fi signal on the 4th floor, much better on others. No any other complaints, it's a good choice.

The hotel could do with a bit of an update as it looks a bit old fashioned.

Great staff especially Tongbai.. she knows all the best places with great advice on how to get there, also speaks good English. The hotel is in the perfect location close to BTS and MRT also terminal 21.

Excellent for the price. Good location near to Asoke MTR but quiet side street. Room had all the basics and the silk duvet cover was really nice. Staff (Penny) was very friendly and helpful. I would stay again.

The hotel is located down an alley, and is quite quiet. The bed was comfortable, which is always nice. The people at reception were very kind and polite. It's located a short walk to an MRT station, as well as between 2 BTS stations. An 8-10 minute walk takes you to a public transport station.

The mattress of the bed is a little hard, I like it, but maybe some people will be bothered by it. And the location is not that close to MBK

The staff is very kind! Service at a very high level. We ordered food from an outside restaurant and the staff brought us the take away to the room with napkins and cutlery. They bring 4 bottles of water for free. The room is very clean, the design is a bit outdated but in terms of quality everything is fine

For me it's a perfect location near Asok. A very quiet soi. Friendly welcome and a reception area that is manned 24 hours. Shower has that all important shelf for keeping your shampoo on - a rarity these days. A good breakfast for when you need it. I have already booked to return

Room is comfortable to relax.But The lights in the room are dim for aged people,　 and because of no lace curtains on the window, We did'nt want to open the curtains ,so it was difficult to make up every morning , but it is not serious matter .

Location is good. Street is not noisy.The shower head is flexible , so good for lady. The owner and stuff is so kind and friendly. I enjoyed coffee and Mango which I really like every morning. They keep our bagages after we check out, so we could enjoy sightseeing until our departure last day.

Big room key in your pocket. You have to bring your key because hotel don't have receptionist after 8 pm. You have to lock in your self and lock the door again.

Nice but not expensive or nee. small building but withe elevator. The hotel room own and manage by British friendly man (Fawlty towers🙂) thats helps with good tips for me at my first time in Bangkok. The staff are locals Thai peoples.
