Location was a little distance from the beach and 7 eleven. Not close to any restaurants.

Beautiful resort with comfortable beds, hot showers and clean pools. Friendly staff and good food, what more can one ask for? Free shuttle to the beach was great too as it's a little distance. For quiet relaxation this is the place to be.

We were in a separate little hut at the end of the pool, and some animal was making noises every night. In the haystack roof. Gekko maybe, not sure but was a bit annoying. You can't avoid nature I reckon 😊

Beach directly at the hotel is not very cool. Just Go left of the pier for 500m then the beach is awesome

This room had a strong smell of humidity; we only stayed for one night in it so I don't know if it was only that day or it always smells like that. This particular room was also the closest to the reception, and you could hear a lot of noises from outside the room, when people walk by, talk in the hallway etc.

We liked the direct access to the pool from this room, but other people do sometimes swim past your room so you have to have the curtains closed if you want privacy. The rooms look lovely, are big enough if you don't have a lot of luggage, and breakfast was nice as well. If you rent a scooter (they offer them for a normal price), the location is great, quiet and further away from touristy areas, but everything is close enough with a scooter.

Although the villa was pretty there was a lot of mosquitoes and other bugs, some even underneath the sheets.

Bicycles are no longer available which is a shame as we would have liked to explore the island. The alcohol prices in the bar are really high compared to local bars, which is a shame as it would have been nice to have drinks in the hotel. Expect to pay more but not that much more.

The hotel is located close to village life in a tucked away location that didn't feel like it was intruding. There are several local restaurants within close walking distance, some of which serve beer and provide a take away service. The restaurant outside the hotel, close to the beach, is great. As was the tour guide there who fixed our transfer at an unbeatable price and great service - highly recommend. The hotel staff are lovely - always smiling, as are the locals. The pool is really nice and clean. Rooms are a good size and very comfortable. Lovely big bed. Great to have use of the free kayak. Unfortunately the paddle board was out of action. We got a good deal on booking.com so really good value for money.

Cleanliness of the grounds could be better if staff picked up litter dropped by inconsiderate staff. Builders rubble left behind after building could be cleared away. External piping and cables could be concealed. These are just personal preferences, overall it's a great place to go and relax.

Friendly, helpful staff. Good fresh breakfast buffet. Restaurant and bar setting on seafront. Clean, modern room, clean pool. Recommended.

You can't swim at the beach that the hotel is on due to the sea level. It is really shallow but you can wade in it to cool down. There are also thousands, no exaggeration, of crabs on the beach that the hotel is on so you can't lie down on it. The hotel do offer a free shuttle bus to another beach which is good. You can't snorkel on either beach as it is not clear enough.

Staff were amazing. They were really friendly and went the extra mile by personally coming to our room to collect us for a massage. They were very attentive at meal times and even remembered our room number whenever we visited reception. You can get massages by the pool for an excellent price (400 bhat for an hour). We booked a transfer from the airport which included a ferry and two taxis and it was seamless, which the hotel organised for us. They offer tours in reception, we would recommend the Khai island one, which visits three islands, it was incredible. Again, seamless organisation from the hotel for this. The two pools were not crowded at all and there was always space on sun beds, which were good quality sun beds. The beach bar has really nice vibes, with bean bags, chilled acoustic music and overlooks the ocean. You can sit on the beach and have drinks from where the hotel is. There is a travel place across the road from the hotel where you can hire mopeds for a cheap price (300 bhat for 24 hours). There are a number of local restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. We visited three and they were all lovely. It is so quiet on the island so walking back along the road is not an issue. There were toiletries in the hotel provided free of charge and we had fresh towels and beach towels each day.

do not choose the villa #1 near the beach, too loud, too small, too close to the restaurant

We had two rooms: first honeymoon villa and second room on the new building with swimming pool access. We like more the second room in the new building, cause it is more comfortable and modern. In general, the stay was very comfortable and nice! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The villa was 5/10, the new building rooms are 8/10 and breakfasts are 6/ 10, but the whole impression is very-very good. The location is good - the beautiful beach is near but not possible to swim due to very usually low tide.. also the pier is near and the place seems not very quite… but very nice and clean sitting area near the beach.. so this hotel is for leisure and sitting on the beach, not swimming.. I’d say thanks to the staff for amazing Christmas 🎄 party at the beach with delicious food and amazing fire 🔥 show and Muai Thai boxing show. bikes rental is also available!! nice bikes !

The bed was hard as a rock, which made it uncomfortable and there wasn’t other things to sit on. There was a sizable gap in the doors when closed which wasn’t great for the evening. The restaurant was super pricey and very average - recommend literally walking 15 secs behind it to the family run place which was superb. Staff at reception were not very welcoming - not the end of the world, but just made staying very average.

The property has been nicely finished, rooms were nice with a sea view. The beach/restaurant area is very nicely done, though as everyone has mentioned there’s a large wharf and the sea is not very swimable most of the time, though that’s not the hotels problem.

Location not very good. Rooms quite outdated. No dedicated massage or spa room so massages had to be done in the public pool area next to where people were relaxing or on your room balcony. Not ideal.
