The beds were very hard.

The location was good, shops and restaurants down the road and about 10-15min walk to beach. The grounds are well kept with lots of greenery. The pool was small but lovely.

Air conditioner was super loud, if you're a light sleeper it might be a problem, since without the A/C it gets very hot very fast. If you get unlucky like we did and get a room on the first floor, your terrace will be facing a wall and an inoperative small fountain with dirty water filled of small fish.

The room was nice and clean, felt spacious. The hotel pool looked very nice and there was plenty of well maintained garden around. The on-site outdoor restaurant looked nice too. There was even a massage place at the hotel which had a nice feel to it.

-the room had a big infestation we did go down and they gave us bug spray which resolved this however it was not pleasant -stain in bed sheets first night of arrival -it was not really in a great location it was in between kata and Karon and ideally next time I'd stay nearer one or the other. It wasn't a bad walk

-big room -nice view -good air con -nice and clean pool - sunbeds available around pool in shade - staff were okay but didn't really interact massively with them

Some noise from the main road in our room on the 5th floor. A bit too much chlorine in the pool.

Good traditional Thai style, with lovely gardens. Very clean. Pool was in a beautiful setting. Rooms were nice and big. Good access to Kata and Karon.

Whilst room was cleaned daily and bed change and clean towels offered, the bathroom needed to be more thoroughly cleaned. Sink and toilet not cleaned throughout our 5 day stay.

Beautiful property in stunning grounds. Excellent restaurant and massage spa on site which are very reasonably priced.

Amazing accommodation by the beach. Night barbecue grill. Stuff so helpful and kind. Few minutes to the streets. We recommend to rent a scooter to go for night markets and sightseeing throughout the day. :) Lanta is calm and not much touristic, we loved it.

The staffs are very nice and professional. Close to Kata beach. Pool is nice. They allowed us to check in early. Wifi works. Beds are okay. Hot water/AC works well. Room looks like pictures. Very clean. There’s a friendly cat coming and hanging around my balcony. Thank you Baan Vanida

No info on in house restaurant or the massage/spa centre. No gym. No directions to local attractions or eateries.

Lovely pool area, happy and friendly staff always helpful. Good location as close to beach and really good restaurants. Room was great, comfy bed and good pillows. Nice balcony view of the mountains and a seaview from the front door.

It was tricky to get to the beach as if you want to take the road you have to walk with a lot of traffic

General area not my fave on the island- wouldn't return because of this.
