We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Beautiful, simple and clean guest house with ocean view and amazing, friendly owners. Close to the ferry pier to Koh Mak & other islands. Sulada and her husband were super helpful. They picked me up from Trat airport and also helped me to book the right ferry ticket for my onward journey. Perfect spot for an overnight stay, if you are heading to the islands.

if you are traveling to any of the islands from Trat this is the perfect location for a stay over we would actually have booked two night if we had know it was such a nice place. the host basically welcome you to there house with rooms they rent so it doesn’t feel like a hotel. the decked area looking out to sea is so relaxing peaceful and quiet. they do a basic breakfast on request fruit toast eggs sausages or rotti coffee and tea plentiful you really won’t want to leave. the rooms are all you need for a overnight stay hot shower comfy bed air con tv nice clean room with a fridge. we emailed the hosts prior to arrival and they arranged pick up from Trat airport and ferry tickets for our journey to koh mak. the area of the hotel is so nice and quiet and you have a 7/11 just round the corner and a couple of places to eat locally. in our opinion you’ll not find a better value for money stay before you leave mainland for the islands

AustraliaSurprisingly lovely location, right on the water. Our room had everything we wanted, excellent facilities, wifi etc plus a wonderful bed. If you like quality firm mattresses - you're in luck. We were on the first floor with a sensational view, cool breeze, ample space and a sense of floating as you look towards Koh Chang. Downstairs you can see so much love has gone into creating this space - turns out more than 20 years of work and the family history goes way back. Communication with the hosts made things so easy. We decided to break our trip to Koh Mak and see what Ngaem Lop had to offer for an afternoon/night and are so glad we did! We arrived in Trat Bus Station and quickly found the local taxi to Ngaem Lop. It's a quaint town, unhurried and with few tourists and still excited about the arrival of the first 7 Eleven. Take a wander down the wide main street or the jetty and just soak it in. Had a lovely seafood meal less than 100m down the road from Ban Sulada. We wish we could have stayed longer, it was delightful.

The most I like the terrace near the sea. Owner is helpful and friendly. There is upper terrace to make exercise. Very close to pier go to island Mak. In the room have fridge, table, chairs. Have free coffee can drink any time.

the friendly welcome, the situation - so peaceful. we were looked after so we’ll and with such care and attention to detail and the food was incredible! A home cooked Thai curry for supper and an absolutely delicious breakfast. couldn’t recommend this wonderful guest house more highly - we absolutely loved our stay there.
