The staff were superb and couldn’t be more helpful. The location was perfect. The pool was small but complimentary shuttle took us to sister hotel which had a fab pool. I would so recommend this hotel. We absolutely loved it here. Thank you so much, especially to the staff who were the most friendliest staff I’ve ever met at a hotel 🥰

We were disappointed that the pool was small and completely sheltered so that you couldn’t have sunbathed even if you wanted to. The leaves from the trees were in the pool and there were hardly any sunbeds.

The room was nice with a comfortable bed, air con and wet room. We loved the cats that had decided that the hotel was their home! The staff were really friendly and accommodating and they let us have an extra hour to check out without charge.

There were a lot of leaves dropping from the trees around the courtyard pool which make it appear untidy. The garden and general appearance at the rear of the property need some tidying up.

All the staff are very helpful and make you feel most welcome. The breakfasts are a good eclectic mix of cultures. The general cleanliness, rooms especially, was excellent.

Everything is well organised, all the needs are satisfied by the facilities of the hotel and from his professional staff. It is very clean. The breakfast is very good and the guest has always possibility to get fresh water and juices. Very very comfortable!

The hotel itself is nice--never felt too busy with people, good availability of amenities (including ~3 car parking spaces plus more space for bikes), and good/varied breakfast. But what was amazing was the service of the staff--the care and time put in to help us out (such as tracking down a restaurant that serves a less common curry, or arranging with an outside tour company to drop us directly at the bus station (and therefore make the last bus of the day!) even though the company had told us it wasn't possible). Always very friendly, very helpful, and clearly putting in a lot of work--even compared to the already high standard of hospitality at most spots in Thailand. It really felt like an oasis in the city; thank you again to the staff! P.S. two very cute cats!

Breakfast was complementary and offers variety of local food as well as western options. Room was spacious and very clean. Bed was very comfortable and air conditioning was also set up at a very comfortable temperature. The hotel was located very close to the temples and street food market. Easy to walk around, many restaurants and inviting Spa's.

This hotel really worth more than I spent! Great location which near to Sunday Chiang Mai Walking Street! Different breakfast served in every morning with lots of varieties to choose! All day free flow of coffee, juices, mama noodles cup, corn flakes and water! Great spacious room too for 3 peoples, enough space to open up all my luggage! Separate toilet and shower room too! All the worker can speak English well and greeting you all the time =) Parking lot available too but limited!

The breakfast was more Asian style but there were pastries that served our needs for the day.

This place is fantastic for a stay in Chiang Mai. Great location. We walked everywhere we needed to go. The staff are what makes this place - friendly and customer focused. Everything about our room was great. The bed was comfy, good blackout curtains, shower was excellent, the complimentary drinks were great as well as the free water.
