The back areas of each room that has a small deck attached needs some good maintenance when its raining it get very smelly due to dampness

The breakfast was excellent the pool was great the room kept each morming coming up with this offencive smell from the drains every morning sounds like they need a continuos flush out its quite obtrusive its no ones fault but it certainly needs first hand attention .the staff are lovely people no complaint at all .

We were overly disturbed for housekeeping when we clearly displayed a DND sign. This happened on two occasions. On the first we were jet lagged and needed rest and the second we had food poisoning. On the first occasion when I opened the door a housekeeping man tried to enter when I opened the door ‘to check’ while my partner was going to the toilet. I had to say NO which was rather awkward. And the second time a house keeping lady called out we were asleep had no response (despite the sign) and just opened the door.

Burasari I stayed at 10 odd years prior and the place is starting to show its age They were renovating so I presume upgrading

Some staff were great such as the night bar man. The day bar man wasn’t so great and ignored some guests. When checking in my room was not ready and the staff kept telling me it wouldn’t be long. If they had just told me it would be an hour or so that would have been better as I could have gone and done something else, I am quite an understanding person so this wouldn’t have been a problem for me. They did provide me with complimentary cocktails because of the delay which was quite nice.

The location, pool, size of rooms, facilities, style of the hotel were great. The location is on the perimeter of the main busy area but the layout of the hotel provides an oasis away from the hussle and bustle. I would definitely recommend staying here for anyone visiting Phuket.

Breakfast could vary a little more. Lacking some authentic Thai experience - where was the Thai basil? Eggs cooked too early in advance; bacon dry and tasteless. Omelette well cooked but could do with some seasoning. Soup was bland; just tasted like hot water with some salt. Deco is a little tired and could do with sprucing up.

Service, cleanliness was amazing. Pool was great though the room we were in did not have steps that other rooms had. Free mini-bar - amazing!

The close by beach absolutely caotic and the water dirty, not up to the expectations for sure. To go to nice beaches with great and clear water you must take a tuk-tuk and travel for 15-20 min.

The hotel was very nice and very comfortable, particularly the swimmingpool area very nice and well maintained.

The rooms next to the street are not recommend at all. I didn’t see a tooth brush but for me i have mine so in case if you needed just bring yours

The spa treatments are very expensive, so if you want a massage or something is better to go to outside and get better offers. And the only thing I didn’t liked was that there was no door in the bathroom, there was only a curtain so there was no privacy.

Everything looks exactly as the pictures, very nice decoration and very spacious room. We were received with fresh towels and a refreshing beverage, all staff was always very kind. The pool is very nice and our room had easy access to it. The location is perfect because there are so many restaurants close and also Bangla road isn’t far but the good thing is that during nights is very quiet even though you know outside is crazy! And finally breakfast is very good with so many options! We loved the station preparing omelettes!

There was some smell in the room after we left the hotel for few hours and returned. Probably some mould smell from AC not sure.

We chose this hotel to celebrate our anniversary. The reception staff was really kind enough and provided a free upgrade to the room and also arranged the room for a sweet surprise. A complimentary cake was again a welcome gesture from the staff. They did everything you would expect from a great hotel. Even the checkout process was really smooth at midnight. The room was super beautiful with the best pool view. The balcony was absolutely stunning and the washroom was no less. The location is barely 20m from the Patong beach with close proximity of very good bars and restaurants.

We paid extra for a pool view but we’re located on the outside where the smell of the streets was awful but spoke to reception and were moved rooms, slight inconvenience but as we paid extra shouldn’t have needed to request a room change. Swimming pool didn’t feel inviting, awkward to get to and not many chairs for sitting on but beach so close so spent all days outside of hotel and used hotel for a base

Difficult to get a seat by the pool, I found the front desk folks to be not so helpful (but loved the bell staff).

The spa was very nice. When I could get a seat, being by the unique pool was very nice. The food from the bar/restaurant was excellent.
