Shuttle to beaches every hour until 9pm. This should maybe run later so people can have dinner and drinks at the beaches? Airport transfer was 1000 baht each way which is quite expensive, maybe offer a deal of 1500 if going there and back? Yoga was expensive if weren’t in package (400 baht). Breakfast also expensive (290 baht pp) and not much selection

No coffee in the room as in other thai hotels we already stayed. Waiting for a shuttle can be up to 25min, way back can be up to 45 min. Our room had not very nice view. Shuttle starts at 9.00 that is quite hot outside . I personally realized that i definitely prefer to live close to the beach and not to depend on transportation. Conditioner was blowing right to my head and making me sick, without it it was too hot to sleep, other modes made strong noice. Though the hotel has nice design i didn’t get the expected vibe.

The hotel isn't entirely in the best location, however this isn't necessarily a bad thing. It isn't easy to walk to the hotel as there is an incredibly steep hill leading up to it (the trail that also goes to Big Buddah), however with the airport shuttle and hourly free shuttle this was easy to navigate around. To make this negative a positive - if you enjoy a secluded retreat away from the crowds, CC's is perfect.

First off, the entire stay was perfect. We organised a shuttle through the hotel from Phuket airport to CC's. The transfer was on time, inexpensive and drivers were friendly. The hotel itself was ideal. Clean, with excellent staff and great facilities. Bedroom and bathroom were comfortable and spacious. The hotel has a decent sized pool right next to a bar and restaurant. Each served delicious food and drink at reasonable prices. CC's provided options for daily tours, with a day-to-day rota of what was on offer. These were a little more expensive but still not unreasonable. CC's offers a FREE shuttle service, on the hour between the hotel and nearby beach locations. Fantastic!

I didn't have the breakfast this time but the room was lovely and environment nice. The only issue was that it was on top of a hill and quite a climb on foot. I would suggest getting a car or bike up. Besides that all good.

Location is quite far out from the main areas, they offer a shuttle but the last one back to the hotel is 9pm and usually had to wait around 25mins after the pick up time. Would be better if they gave the ETA for driver arrival rather than the time they would leave the hotel as no way to tell how long it would take for the pickup to arrive.

Really nice vibe and decor in all areas of the hotel; it has a boutique vibe. Staff are all super friendly, really helpful and welcoming

I was a bit upset that my ocean view that I paid more for was behind the yoga studio, so I had to move from the balcony every time a class was on.

It was so beautifully placed in the foothills of the jungle trek to the big Buddha. A little hideaway from the beach masses! Amazing food, so many choices for detox! Also snacks in the room if feeling ill.

The organisation of the staff, they were very chaotic when their superior wasn´t there. The location is uphill, most taxi drivers decline because it´s too steep. But the hotel does offer a shuttle service downhill, however this is not avaiable at night. So keep this in mind if you want to go out late.

If you aren’t able to take the hotel shuttle to get around, getting around can be a little cumbersome, but we still loved the hotel. Would stay again.

Considering how little you pay for the hotel, I feel it is petty to complain.

Being up against the hillside it is quiet. The staff were absolutely amazing, so friendly and helpful. The pool is small but perfectly fine. The beds are comfortable and clean. The bar and dining area have a nice comfortable vibe. The food menu was great with a good choice of Thai and international dishes at reasonable costs and well made. They have a free shuttle to the beaches every hour. They can also pick you up if you message them.

We found that The reception staff were rude and the aircon was a little noisy. We found the Yoga classes expensive.

The size of the room was perfect, it was away from the hustle and bustle, but they had free shuffle buses to take to you down to the beaches and also to pick you up which I thought was excellent. The was good, but right next to the reception. Cocktails were beautiful and the bar tenders very friendly! Loved the yoga and all the healthy drink options

There wasn't much not to like when you are on a budget.

It was nice relaxing on balcony over looking the pool. . They hold many meditation and yoga classes for those inclined. Bar was open all day . Breakfast was on the healthy side and meals from the dining room. Air con was very good, one thing you need in Phuket

I would mention the hotel is high up on a hill, but they have hourly shuttles for you or you can call for one. They offer many types of yoga classes and many of the food items, including coffee, are a la carte.

The hotel was lovely. We had a room overlooking the pool. It was a nice size and the beds very comfy. The staff was very gracious and accommodating. The chef very friendly and came out for approval and recommendations on the menus. We were lucky enough to be there for the holidays and they had a holiday party complete with a delicious buffet and entertainment. It was a fun and amazing stay.
