Jellu fish in sea. Hard to swim as was a little rough. Breakfast could bd better, more variety.

Nothing really, but we were charged 100 baht for a broken glass in the room which I guess other hotels wouldn’t charge the customer for.

Pretty much perfect for us (A couple with a 4-month old) Location is perfect, very clean hotel, room serviced daily, very reasonable room service, and on the beach! Decent mini-mart and restaurant next to the hotel too which we used for beers and take aways every day!

but the pools are heavily chlorinated and not particularly clean. overall ok but the property has so much potential. gardens aren't well kept and the wiring is hanging out the walls, quite dangerous if you have kids.

Excellent location, lots of swimming pools and beautiful surroundings. All and all a great hotel experience. Good breakfast with a chef cooking eggs. Not crowded at all. Nice and quiet.

Upgrade room to be a pool villa. We're very happy. The beach is so stunning beautiful at sunset moment with a lighthouse viewpoint.

The mosquitos were a bit of a pest and the watered down alcohol in cocktails was frustrating - although we found this everywhere we went in Khao Lak. Other than these small bits, it was brilliant.

We’re a family of 5 (three children aged 15, 13 and 8) so finding somewhere to suit all our needs is often difficult. This place was perfect - we got an early check in and two rooms near to each other, as per our requests. Two big pools, brilliant slide and a smaller raised pool for chilling out in. Always sun loungers available and a beautiful beach too. There was a small gym, pool table, air hockey, tennis courts and table tennis table. The breakfast had a great range of food and drinks and the hotel was just a short walk from lots of bars, restaurants and shops. We ate at the hotel once too, which was good value for money.

Check in experience was terrible. Very impersonal, no Smile no welcome and nobody bothered to check messages on Booking.com for details. No welcome towel after the long ride 1.5 hour from the airport.

Beach was beautiful with lots to do. Kids could learn how to surf, waves were just nice. Not that strong. Low Tide was beautiful and can walk out to the lighthouse with tons of little fish and crabs to play with. Bring water shoes as the Ross can be quite sharp and slippery. High tide also beautiful with water that goes right up to the swings. Service staff at the restaurants were lovely and very attentive. The little shops right beside the lobby had some of the best food in the area , super quick and an overnight laundry service.

A large resort hotel set on a quiet road,with rooms running down to the beach. Fabulous pools wth great surroundings. A superb beach, we could not have founs a better spot on this coast. A short walk along the beach road for good bars and restaurants, and just a few minutes up a slope to the busier main road with supermarkets, more bars and restaurants.

Rooms are getting old and a bit smelly when we get in... but for the price, it is ok. Feels more like a 3☆ according to us...

Like the peace in pool villa

Pool villas on back of the hotel need some TLC. No one clean areas around the villas, lots of dry leaves, high grass no one cares to clean pool areas

Having been four years ago. This property is now looking really tired. The tiles on the pools were physically dirty. Many of the facilities have diminished. A real shame, as we were looking forward to returning
