Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe hotel doesn't have a steam iron, for pressing clothes, to loan to its guests and I don't much care for travel irons.. I would highly recommend that they purchase perhaps 2 or 3 irons that would be available for loan. TV reception was dreadful.
Very friendly staff and very helpful too. Breakfast is sort of continental - fruit, fried eggs, omelette, cereal, tea / coffee / fruit juice. Also the Indian omelette comes highly recommended if you like an omelette with a kick of heat and spice as a change. Some other Indian cuisine on offer centered around curry and excellent with the boiled rice. These dishes for breakfast make the experience a great change from the western type breakfast. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. A very special mention to the maids who were warm, friendly and very efficient so I was happy to drop them a tip.

United KingdomThe room size was good. The TV screen was damaged, looked like it had been cleaned with emery cloth. The TV channels were all Thai. Managed to see a couple of world cup games with Thai commentary. All the sheets were old and tired. Some had been stiched together.

AustraliaShower was terrible. There was no pressure and could only get really hot or cold, nothing in between. Breakfast is a waste of money unless you are Indian. Ashtray on balcony had butts when I arrived and was not cleaned the whole time I was there. I could see this was also the case on other balconies. Other guests are mainly Indian and all rude. When I was checking-in 3 of them tried interupting the lady serving me. Another time I was coming out of lift on ground floor when one just pushed straight past into lift before I had even had a chance to take a step out of lift.

Francesilicone seal need to change in Bathroom. The aircone works not every time at the days. The aircone listen work but not cool every time. The door peephole is missing on any rooms an that's not ok . The breackfast service was not ok . They are not ready , they have peaple to do but don't have qualification to do an egg... The boss stand nearby and wants to help, but it put more presure to the guy's. It have a lot to do to optimized on this hotel to bring profitability . But you need to look what the costumer want's an need. You can search 30 % profitability on this hotel and do costumer satisfact more. You have a great swiming place but you not use it for do money ( place for drinks , open times longer..)
The welcome TEAM was ok. If ou had any question they answer you . The room are sized ok and the bathroom is also great. Service asked if you need anything .
