Due to the great location, sometimes it was a bit loud from the neighbouring venues and events but I didn’t mind.

On our first night, we noticed there was sand in the bedding from previous guests. This issue was brought to reception and they had the sheets changed for us, but we had the same problem the following night. At night, the property was quite noisy from local bars in the town. There was a lot of noise from other guests on one of our night stays (loud music, shouting etc.). When we rang reception to complain, which appears to close after a certain hour so there was no one to answer the call.

Property was located right in the middle of the town which was perfect! The hotel staff met us at the pier and carried our bags to and from the pier for us which was a lovely touch. The pool was very nice and the hotel was only a short walk from the beach.

When you opened the taps there was a hardcore sewage smell for about a minute but then after that it went away. Was pretty gross haha but that's my only complaint!

The bed!!! Most comfortable bed of my 3 week trip so far. So close to the beach and everything else. Friendly helpful staff. The blue lighting in the room was a trip. Really enjoyed my stay and would stay again - I stayed longer than I had booked for.

Perfect location to the beach, nightlife and restaurants. Staff met us at the pier and brought our bags to hotel this was very helpful. Could also book boat trips with the hotel. The pool area was also really nice.

I don't want to pay 1000 baht cash deposit when I check in. It diminishes the experience. They don't have a 24 hour front desk, so be aware for early/late check outs.

Was met at the pier by a representative of the hotel to escort us, nice surprise. The hotel is fine, clean room, nice pool, but no bells and whistles. Well priced for what you get.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable & I was offered a bed topper to help. It did help, but was given to me the second night of my 2 night stay. Personally phi phi wasn’t the island for me, which is less of a reflection of the hotel & more of the island.

The location & pool are awesome! Right in the middle of everything, but somehow the hotel wasn’t insanely loud. I was able to sleep fine with ear plugs. Great little pool, which not all Phi Phi hotels have. Breakfast buffet was extensive & coffee bar is attached so you can get a latte or americano if drip coffee isn’t your thing.

There were only two pillows on the bed when we arrived instead of 4, I asked for two more and then we went out. When we came back one extra pillow was on the bed and I had to call again for another. Minor but the one thing I can think of I didn’t like.

Great to get “picked up” from the harbour as Phi Phi is a bit of a maze and it would’ve taken a while to find the hotel!

Early cleaning of rooms above woke me up early every morning, get a bungalow or a top floor room. Hotel was close to the beach so you can hear the beach bars pumping loud music until 2am.

Aircon took ages to get going in the room. As the hotel is close to the beach, loud music can be heard till all hours of the morning (however we knew this when approached the hotel as we did see other reviews) - beds were really uncomfortable, super hard.

Hotel was in a good location. Was able to accommodate us as a walk in owing to the last hotel we booked the room was full of mosquitoes!! Close to all amenities and the beach. Pool was clean and was always able to get a bed. Staff was very friendly. Beers from the hotel restaurant were very cheap for a hotel bar.
