IrelandOur room was above an air compressor which was on all day every day (not at night), just meant we couldn’t use our balcony because was too noisy. Also our room was never given a new bath mat, and the bathroom is a bit old.
Great location, bag pickup from pier was a nice service.

United KingdomThe bed was so uncomfortable, being unwell I spent the whole day in bed one of the days and the bed made my body ache even more than I was already aching.
The staff were helpful, I became very unwell during our stay and the staff were very kind and we stayed for a night longer than we should have done we just had to switch rooms and a very kind man helped us from the hotel to the pier with our luggage and carried it onto the boat for me. The pool was lovely and had a nice amount of sun throughout the day. Breakfast was nice. Great location and really close to everything and the beach. The beach in Phi phi was my favourite of the whole trip. No jellyfish and clear waters

United StatesFirst impressions mean a lot when you bombard a person with all these rules on a sheet when you check in it’s a big downer. Don’t put everyone in the same category with those people that ruin or trash your rooms. I’m a very, very neat and clean person and I felt threatened just going there if you should make any little slightest mistake with A stain towel by the slightest bit. People have accidents. When I checked out, they went to have a housekeeper look at my room before I can leave that makes a person feel very belittled and this place needs a good lesson customer service. I’m in the service industry and was amazed by this and why have all the strict rules on the pool. It says the pool is chemically treated at 8 PM. Does that mean that the pool is not filter to clean throughout the whole day with chlorine until 8 PM come back, this is my sixth time in Thailand volunteering. Also, by the way, the air condition does not work when you take the key card out so if you wanna wait four hours for your room to get cold so you can sleep then enjoy this place. I ended up leaving the key card in the room and hoping for the best with an unlock door.

United KingdomAnnoyingly, even though it said on booking.com that the hotel would take payment from my card a few days before arrival, they didn’t. So when we arrived we had to pay upfront via card, which they then charged a fee of 3% which put a negative on the stay from the start as we weren’t expecting it.
Lovely hotel, our bungalow was charming with a comfy bed, good AC and okay WiFi. The pools lovely and gets a fair bit of sun too! We liked the breakfast.

United KingdomGreat location, tucked away from the chaos. People mentioned it was noisy due to the surrounding beach clubs on other reviews however this was barely noticeable from our room. The breakfast was excellent. Rooms were really comfortable, we overlooked the pool. The pool area was lovely. 10/10 for the friendly male reception member, he was so helpful, stored our bags and booked our transport. Would definitely stay again
