This is the third time that we have stayed at this hotel. Unfortunately we feel that this time the service standard was lacking, especially at breakfast. There was no dining room management, lots of empty serving dishes And coffee machines that didnt work well

More sun beds and stopping people from going out and putting towels on very early when they would not be using them until later in the day.

I liked everything,house keeping ,the staff were so nice and friendly.if there was anything that I could say was poor is that there was not enough sun beds around the garden pool.Plenty to choose to eat at breakfast.

We were on our 40th wedding Anaversery the bed had been decorated nice but the downside it was two single beds put together with a topping of about 25mm thick which in no way masked the very hard outer ridges of the two single beds so didn't work as a double bed as promised,

Just my room.first one to far away and second one nice but needed a good clean..is a bit of walk to bangla Rd.if struggling walking.

Beautiful hotel..staff were brilliant. Unfortunately had to move location as im disabled. And my room needed a deep clean as aor conditioning broken and the dust it was blowing out was making me very poorly. I have a severe dust allergy. Manager amazing I put it in writing as I used to work in hospitality.so could see where else hadn't been cleaned.they took me two see two hotels to view rooms.and decide where I needed to stay.i was very pleased they were helpful. They even thanked me for advice.i just dont think cleaners get enough time to do everything...I was very upset leaving hotel as they even ordered me walking sticks as I left mine at home.and let me use a set they had spare till mine turned up.overall I would go back.its not central.but a lovely place not to far from beach.so I can thank them for all the help they did to solve my problems. Brilliant amazing helpful staff.thankyou.tracey

The room had a number of problems including: 1. The sliding door to the bathroom was off the rails and not working 2. The power in the room tripped out twice and our room cards wouldnt make the power work on multiple occasions 3. Our daughters bed wasnt ready when we arrived despite multiple emails before we arrived that asked for it (we paid extra for it) As noted above these and other things were all fixed quickly (except for the power which took a couple of days to work out).

Staff were very friendly and we loved the pool bar team (Tiger and his mate). Housekeeping and front desk also responded to our queries and calls really quickly - unfortunately we had a few to get the room right. The duals pools were great but they need staff working on the garden pool bar as well.

Bad experience for us this round there is something missing or not found and we was told before leaving the hotel, not during our check out. Staff was rude the way they confronted us, like we steal it or something….

The only let down for the property was the evening meal and the location where it is hidden away and hence further to walk to the beach etc.

The staff were super lovely and welcoming, happy to help with anything. The rooms are very spacious and tidy instantly making you feel in a relaxed environment.

The laundry service is very expensive. Best to use outside facilities. Although the buffet breakfast had many options, some were not the tastiest, but overall it was okay!

Comfortable, relaxing and a convenient location to all things in Patong. Would definitely stay again! Staff were also super friendly and helpful at all times.

Breakfast was limited at the times we went there and with only one coffee machine saw a long wait for this each morning. No bar in the hotel meant crouching to the pool bar, if not swimming, for a drink.

The hotel was staffed with very friendly staff who were willing to support with any query we had. A big shout out to the on-call manager Donnaya who supported us with our situation when our son took ill and we needed to leave earlier than anticipated. Room was as expected, although spa pool a little smaller than anticipated and cold as sun not able to warm through.

The overall experience was pleasing however the breakfast part was disappointing, the breakfast items were not being refilled in time, which was not upto the standards of Deevana.

Beautiful resort, perfect location, really clean rooms. Highlight was the staff, they were AMAZING, always had a smile on their faces, greeted every customer walking through the lobby and were so much help whenever we needed 😍
