Only concern is that wait time for the elevator to the pool villa is forever. But they are building more elevators so hopefully it’ll improve.

Best looking hotel I’ve been at. You actually feel in the jungle. We stayed in the sixth floor pool villa with sea view and it was amazing.

Balcony door lock was broken however we were on the 4th floor so was not overly worried although if you have small children could be a safety concern.

Good location, walking distance from markets and jungceylon. Beautifully set out hotel very peaceful. Room was spacious and well suited to our family of 4 we stayed in a corner suite.

First thing was the pool , very small one but nice and clean so if you are looking for a place just to chill next to pool this is not such an ideal place to be. And second thing was that you can hear easily the conversations of the next room or the room on top , which is not so pleasant if they are sitting in the balcony and talking till 4am !

The location is amazing very close to patong beach just 10 min walking yet very quiet which we loved.

I cannot recommend this spot enough, it was absolute bliss, my partner and I were so happy! We spent AUD $1000 for 2 nights at the Westin Siray right after staying here and we were just praying to be back to Dinso, next time we go to Ohuket this is definately where we will be staying. The beds were like clouds! For someone who was really needing a soft bed I was absolutely stoked with the result. Breakfast was AMAZING as well

Two things stick out to me, The first was in our room the TV didn’t have any sort of entertainment such as youtube, Netflix, Plex etc. The second thing was the lack of staff, there is an incredible staff in the hotel but the chores of the hotel was far more superior then the staff that they have.

I have stayed in this hotel for 4 days and extended one extra day, everything was perfect from the location to the services plus the food everyone was so helpful and kind i’m pretty sure i have met most of the staff and really enjoyed my time over there. I would like to say thanks to the bartender Daniele he was amazing throughout our whole stay in the hotel.

If the side walls at the pool would be a bit higher, one would have more privacy. But it was okay.

Very friendly, helpful and efficient staff during our stay. The rather big hotel complex on the hill is well integrated into the nature. All over the complex are many plants. It is built in a very special way of architecture, especially the villas. We loved it. Our villa with pool was on level 6, high over Patong, with a spectacular view over the city and the sea. There was a lift leading to the 5th level. The rest we had to climb by stairs. If you have problems with walking, think about that when booking a villa. The bed- and bathroom were big, nicely decorated and in a clean and good condition. The own pool was big, but from there you could not see the sea because of plants in front of it. No problem, just move upstairs and you can watch beautiful sunsets over Patong Bay. There you find sunchairs, a sunbed under a sunscreen and a shower.
