Nice, big room in a quiet garden setting, and yet very close to the bustling heart of the city and the beach. Frankly, this is the best deal you can get in Pattaya.

The mosquitoes

Do not expect a 4 or 5 star hotel. However, considering its location and the price, the room we were in was large, comfortable and clean. No complaints about the staff either. They were friendly and accommodating when we asked to stay an extra night.

Motor bike taxi drivers got lost several times trying to locate it. Better signage would help .

Good size room, comfortable bed, close to shopping and attractions. Staff were friendly ,helpful and professional. My flight was delayed and they allowed late check-out to 3pm for 400baht. Arranged taxi to airport 1000baht. Good Thai food nearby or western style at shopping centre across the street.

We wanted for late check out ( 4 hours) for 1 room only. But they asked for full amount and also that amount is higher than the mentioned amount in booking.com. They also misinformed us that we can’t book room using booking.com.

There is only one soap for washing hands. No shampoo or washing liquid. The shower tap is not very friendly. Didn’t know how to use it. Need to put on the clothes and go to the desk.

The location is perfect. Just behind the Hilton hotel and one block to the beach. The environment of the hotel is quiet and pretty.

very week WiFi in the room

room is very clean and quiet. there is nice little private garden which I loved for reading my book and listening to bird’s singing. There is a nice water feature as well.Staff is very nice ,helpful and honest.I left my second wallet on top of the safe thinking there is no money, there was over 20,000 THB and after a week I was pleased all money was still there intact.

Owner lady was rude ..didn't like the nature of her..but the helper was kind . Not sure why is she always in bad mood.hahaha but she's nice to foreigners like people from the west

I loved the rooms but few mosquitos around . However hotwater stopped working after the second day. But its value for money.

Need to prepare your own shower gel, shampoo, etc. No lift. Not much info provided as we have to ask to find out more. “Mini-flood” at shower as water drainage was almost choked.

Economical price, excellent location. Room is big and clean. Nice environment.

.Have been staying in 3 APARTMENTS over a 4 week period, TV very bad quality, Sound and Picture, no WiFi in the Rooms, only at the office and garden area..

.Small Hotel with great location, opposite Central on 2nd Road- Soi 8, very quiet day and night, very friendly staff, good size rooms, water cooker, fridge.
