Just a long walk to our room.

The selection of different variety’s of foods and fresh fruits was so delicious, that I really looked forward to breakfast every morning. I personally like how the kitchen and waiter staff were so polite very helpful and catered to our needs on personal level, great service well done.

Rooms without balcony is just a no no like being in prison can’t smoke a fag anywhere and they wouldn’t let me sleep at the reception when I was so hungover waiting for my taxi for supper so I had to sit in the baking sun on the beach I wasn’t causing any harm just me silent witha. Hate here my face relaxing with the fan on a bean bag n it was my birthday. To many rules.

Amazing breakfast with many options to choose from each day. Lobby and pool bar food and drinks were much better than other resorts we stayed at in Phuket and reasonably priced as well. Room was clean and perfect size. Staff were friendly and location was great - about a 10 minute walk to Bangla rd.

It’s near to all important amenities and directly opposite the beach. Perfect location, amazing facilities and breakfast. The level of cleanliness of the rooms, it’s beyond what I expected. The staff are the ones that made my trip worthwhile, so friendly and ready to help. Definitely coming back.

we chose this hotel to celebrate my wife's 40th birthday. it was supposed to be a special birthday and thanks to the sheraton hotel it was. the unique atmosphere created by hotel employees and their approach to guests. the birthday dinner on the roof of the hotel complemented the uniqueness of the hotel. The flavors of Thailand enchanted us. The hotel is located away from the noisy center, next to a sandy beach. My wife and I travel a lot and I can say that the Sheraton Hotel was the best hotel we have stayed in so far. Thanks to the hotel staff, my wife's birthday, which was supposed to be special, was. We are looking forward to visiting the Sheraton hotel again, which we have booked for January 2025

It felt a bit overpriced compared to other hotels we stayed in Thailand where we paid less and got a bit more for our money (like breakfast, shuttles, drinks). And buying food/drinks in there was expensive.

The staff was very accommodating. The rooms were nice, comfortable and clean. This hotel is probably as close to the beach you're going to get in Patong, you only need to cross one road to get there. We only used the bigger pool because on the smaller one there were no shades in the pool area.

The staff was unpleasant and unhelpful. On first day of our vacation on check in they insisted on deposit in cash and recommended to us to use the ATM machine in their hotel lobby. The machine swallowed our card and we had to wait 7 days to gain the card back from the machine. In the meantime nobody wanted to help us and contact the Thailand bank in our name. One night in the room next to ours it was really noisy l, we woke up and contacted the reception nearly 3-4 times before they came and asked them to calm.

The location was perfect, hotel is clean and comfortable.

Standard rooms don’t have a place to dry your bikinis or anything after a day by the pool or sea.the window is not openable

Excellent five-star hotel breakfast. Clean rooms and large and comfortable beds and pillows. Having a large swimming pool. And two wonderful restaurants that had amazing food and the price of the restaurant was excellent And the most important friendly and polite staff

The location is close to 6 meters from the beach and having a swimming pool where you can see the sea from up close. And being close to the center 5 minutes walk. And at the same time, it is cozy from the noise of the city.
