Everything - staff were amazing. Hotel was great plenty of room to be by yourselves if you wanted to, the swimming pool at the back of the hotel was very relaxing. The select at breakfast was out of this world and everything so fresh, best breakfast ever!

I'm not sure if it's a bad thing, but as a country boy, I definitely missed not being able to have biscuits and gravy for breakfast, but the breakfast offerings are excellent and the staff are beyond helpful

All of the staff, from check in to getting a ride back to the airport and the end of my vacation were beyond exceptional. The staff is what made this a memorable trip, and one I plan on taking again soon

The distance from main Patong, I feel like they could have a shuttle bus.

The stay here was amazing, the staff were very warm, welcoming and attentive. They would do anything to make your stay comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and the beach club was such a nice touch and was always a vibe.

Walls between rooms super thin, I could even hear man in next room yawning but had earplugs so didn’t disturb my sleep. Not huge amounts of storage for your clothes and drying swimwear not easy, no balcony.

Breakfast buffet and evening buffet amazing! Room nice and clean, comfy. Pool area had lots of options of where to sunbathe and no worry of having people reserve all the sunbeds as it’s not allowed, plenty of beds to choose from.

You could hear some outside noise of other guests in the rooms at times.

Just a long walk to our room.

The selection of different variety’s of foods and fresh fruits was so delicious, that I really looked forward to breakfast every morning. I personally like how the kitchen and waiter staff were so polite very helpful and catered to our needs on personal level, great service well done.

Rooms without balcony is just a no no like being in prison can’t smoke a fag anywhere and they wouldn’t let me sleep at the reception when I was so hungover waiting for my taxi for supper so I had to sit in the baking sun on the beach I wasn’t causing any harm just me silent witha. Hate here my face relaxing with the fan on a bean bag n it was my birthday. To many rules.

Amazing breakfast with many options to choose from each day. Lobby and pool bar food and drinks were much better than other resorts we stayed at in Phuket and reasonably priced as well. Room was clean and perfect size. Staff were friendly and location was great - about a 10 minute walk to Bangla rd.

It’s near to all important amenities and directly opposite the beach. Perfect location, amazing facilities and breakfast. The level of cleanliness of the rooms, it’s beyond what I expected. The staff are the ones that made my trip worthwhile, so friendly and ready to help. Definitely coming back.

we chose this hotel to celebrate my wife's 40th birthday. it was supposed to be a special birthday and thanks to the sheraton hotel it was. the unique atmosphere created by hotel employees and their approach to guests. the birthday dinner on the roof of the hotel complemented the uniqueness of the hotel. The flavors of Thailand enchanted us. The hotel is located away from the noisy center, next to a sandy beach. My wife and I travel a lot and I can say that the Sheraton Hotel was the best hotel we have stayed in so far. Thanks to the hotel staff, my wife's birthday, which was supposed to be special, was. We are looking forward to visiting the Sheraton hotel again, which we have booked for January 2025
