Some hotel amenities could have been updated a little, such as the coffee machine, the minibar etc. But it was otherwise perfect.

Just one of the most stunning hotel resorts I’ve ever stayed at. A sense of pure relaxation through and through. I never wanted to leave!

I thought really hard and couldn't find a single thing I could fault. The almost rainforest like property is beautiful and each villa is a delight to the eyes. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool in the villa and the space itself. My 5 year old couldn't get enough. While the beach isn't much to talk about it's still private enough and the waters were calm enough to take a good dip in the ocean. The two things that made this stay go from great to exceptional for us were - 1. The extremely hospitable staff and I mean each of them. They all knew my son's name from the say we arrived - from the buggy drivers to the servers at the restaurants to just about everyone. 2. Their kids club is small but has the most fantastic caretakers. I want to especially call out Sunny and Nguyen at the kids club who were so good with our son that he was perfectly fine playing there without us (a first). It's not cheap for sure but it was more than worth it for us.

The hotel is located in a beautiful place a bit isolated from the central area of Koh Samui. It makes you feel very calm and relaxing. We really liked all about the service there. All the staff is caring about you. Very beautiful villas with amazing view. All was great! It was our best hotel on Koh Samui

My husband and I came here for our honeymoon for 3 nights and we were blown away. Our only regret was not booking a few more nights beforehand. By far the most exceptional resort I’ve ever been to! Everything about this resort was just amazing .. the most kid’s friendly staffs I have ever met in all of the resort. The service is just woow (imagine all the staffs know your room number and details.. anything lost in any spot in the resort you will have it at your place in few minutes.. the resort very clean.. the food manager, i was wondering she doesn’t sleep :) you will find her at any food in the resort checking on the service and making sure the guests are happy .. I asked her for specific dish for my kids that wasn’t part of their menu and it was done in 15 minutes.. everything about this resort is breathtaking.. the only negative point was the moment to say goodbye to everyone

Accessing the sea for swimming is not always easy and depends on the season and tides, but you can always do Kayaking to a platform and do swimming or snorkeling from there.

This is an amazing hotel. It is set in a tropical forest on a hill overlooking the sea All villas are large and spacious with pools and incredible views. The service is just on another level. Staff caters to absolutely any of your needs. Everything was just impeccable. The food at the beachfront restaurant or the main Thai restaurant was incredible. The pool in front of the bar next to the beach was very big and it was a great place to relax and have a nice cocktail. Unlike many other hotels on the island, the beach here is private and accessible only to hotel guests. The SPA area and the massages were also extraordinary! The women at the Kid's corner were incredible and our daughter had a great time with all sorts of fun activities. We had an amazing once in a lifetime experience at this hotel! It was definitely money well spent. I highly recommend it to everyone!

It's not a complaint but a note for those who don't like to be fully exposed to the nature.. you will find some lizards 🦎 at the room which was annoying my wife. Anyway, no else negative point at all.

The best hotel on any island of Thailand. The greatest service ever. Very beautiful view. Full of nature varieties. Excellent food at all restaurants. Very friendly and cosy staff treatment. Family friendly restaurant and facilities.

There has to be a better path to go to massage room. I don't mind going to do the massage at "The Secret Garden Spa" room going through the trees but after the massage I would like to have a shorter way out to my villa. I replaced all of this by having the massage done at my villa or you can have the massage by the beach but you have to do it by 5 pm to avoid insects.

Where do I start! It is beautiful with a stunning view at every turn. Facilities are top notch and the food was wonderful, but mostly it’s the people who work there that take this hotel to the next level. Their friendly professionalism anticipating your every need made our stay perfect.
