Very nice, clean spacious room in a charming place. There is amazing view from the little pier. Very close to nice restaurants and little shops. During the night it can be loud because of the tide, for us it wasn't a problem but for the noise sensitive person it might be.

The bed was really hard. The sound isolation with the neighbors was bad

The wardrobe smelt awful due to the moth balls in it. Be warned the tide coming in under your room can be very noisy, we found this part of the charm of staying there

Location, location, location, we had the room with the sea view, it was amazing, the bed was comfy, room clean, hot water and air con. We had two sun beds on the deck outside our room which were very comfy. The room was located above the sea , the decking at the bottom of the hotel was a beautiful place to sit and watch the sunset this area anyone could use. Walking distance to old town, plenty of restaurants and some shops.

Everything. Just a special place.

Beautiful location a short walk from Old Town shops and restaurants. You hear waves lapping under the accommodation. Cool air con, and a wonderful little sitting area over the river. Just Beautiful.

I liked everything!

Everything! The room was spacious, clean with amenities and air con. Every morning sitting at the dock of the bay(pier) stunning. The room was cleaned everyday. Warm water was available for shower and the bed was very comfortable to sleep in. Location is great, a few minutes into Old Town Walking Street as well as loads of places to rent a bike to get around or use of local taxis. Right next to the pier too which is great for boat tours. I loved the hospitality from the owner and the cleaner. I highly recommend.

Not a negative. On the last night we had no internet - although the staff did everything they could to fix the router issue.

Great views at the end of the walkway from the decking. There were sunbeds and benches free to use on the decking.

The website says they had satellite tv. Many hotels I have stayed in Thailand claim to have satélite tv but, in fact, it is just Thai cable tv with exclusively Thai language stations. “Satélite tv” implies that international news and sports programs are available through this system connection. I had hoped to watch the American SuperBowl via satellite,but, alas, it was not available.

I liked hearing the waves during high tide underneath the floor of the room as the units are built on pylons set into the sea floor. It was very quiet and the pier had a beautiful view of the surrounding area. You can view the morning sunrise easily and have included a photo. The bed was comfortable and large. Nice lighting in the room too. The room was very spacious and maintained well.

I recommend staying in the ocean view room so you get a wrap around balcony with own chairs and lounges with a great view. Super quiet place, only the sound of the waves at night. We had the place to ourselves, no one else around. Nice stay. Staff aren’t around often so if you need anything you can call the number at reception

We loved our stay here, especially hearing the tide coming and going twice a day. The bungalow was very well-equipped and clean. We found the fridge and kettle really useful. Everything the Old Town has to offer is just a couple of minutes' stroll away. We'd definitely stay here again.

Everything...the view from the room was just amazing. Old Lanta Town is lovely and literally 100 metres away. Lovely bars and restaurants and gift shops. Lovely lady halfway down the market does great offers on the tours. Could not fault this area. If I'm ever back in the area I will definitely stay again. Gorgeous scenic area

No staff present ever. Plus a very irritating radio outside our room which went off every hour through the night, ruining each night's sleep. Plus cockroaches in the bathroom and fridge somehow.

Great location and room with windows and terraces on all sides. Lovely place to relax.
