The only real complaint would be that our room was never cleaned while we were there, and we stayed for 5 nights. We had to go to the front desk to get clean towels.

We did not eat the breakfast. but the location was spot on.

The rooms was outside which I thought it was inside, so I felt very unpleasant. The first room I went to wasn't clean properly and it was on the back side upstairs, the second room still wasn't properly cleaned hair was all in the shower all on the bathroom floor, toilet and sink, on top of that the lock on my door wouldn't turn so that was another issue. She explained to me that they are short staffed so I can see why, but I'm still not very happy especially with the rate I paid for my 2 nights.

The location was perfect because it was around all the fast food restaurants and 5 mins. away from my sister house which is part of the reason I booked the room. She was getting her house refurnished. The Ast. Manager Anna was wonderful and very helpful she tried her best to make sure me and my family felt comfortable and safe. I really want that to be noted because she really was AWESOME. The wifi was great all my kids have devices so it was a plus for them to be able to occupy themselves.

The door to the bathroom would not stay open. The shower head did not work correctly, either plugged up or low pressure. And, the AC unit would not properly condition the air. The room felt moist and needs to be aired out and allowed for the accumulated humidity in the room to dry out. PLUS, the breakfast really was horrible. Microwaved biscuits/sausage. No waffles. Just horrible, even for a free breakfast.

The room was clean. I have no idea why I was put in a handicapped room, but I was. I did not request one. Location is good. Nice and quiet.

There wasn't any breakfast. Posted signs indicated this was because of Covid. However, could an attempt have been made to have a bag breakfast available? We stopped at a motel in April 2020 that had quite a selection - pastry, yogurt, egg sandwich. And Covid was a factor then also.

The room was very nice. Convenient parking. Easy to access from I 55.

Quality Inn is in a great location, adjacent to Downtown. A few shopping stores and dining are in walking distance and even better ones in short driving distance. (Check out Sweet and Petite) There is a nice variety for breakfast. The gym is open but under renovation meaning less equipment but still effective. The carpet and bathroom all seem new and staff was helpful and friendly.

The location is easy to get, too, and customer service was excellent. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

We checked in pretty late and the girl at the desk was friendly but possibly new. We got to our room and it smelled like mold. The floor was squishy with water. I went back to the desk but no one came to the window. I tried calling and no one answered. Due to extreme exhaustion, we had to stay. I ended up having a severe asthma attack due to all the mold, moisture in the room. So, we had to check out and find an urgent care. Avoid this place. They didn’t even care about this situation.

room had a disgusting smell, very poor water pressure in shower. furniture was worn, wall lamp beside bed had no light bulbs Breakfast was pathetic, lady behind desk sat and watched as we attempted to have breakfast an hour before it ended and there was very little food out for guest and did not offer to refill any items, orange juice was terrible!
