I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The room was clean and cozy, providing the perfect retreat after a long day of exploring Bangkok. The location was ideal, conveniently situated near all the attractions I wanted to visit, making transportation a breeze. And the breakfast spread was delicious and varied, offering a delightful start to each morning. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with a fantastic location!

Big clean rooms in good location with easy airport access

The hotel policy to clean the room after every 3-night stay as part of the Green Save Earth Policy. Whilst we are all for saving Mother Earth, we feel the Hotel should have done more to keep the rooms clean and tidy especially the bathroom. Hotel should not forsake cleaniness and use the Green Policy as an excuse to avoid housekeeping.

Staff were friendly and understanding, especially the receptionist Lisa, who was very helpful during our 4-day stay at the hotel. Location was great as it was within walking distance to the MRT and BTS as well as shopping mall Terminal 21.

Arrived a lttle early on March 26 ( about 1230 /1pm) Front check in staff ( both people) and luggage assistance staff ( both people) were very helpful and excellent. Room cleaning staff ( 1 person) were also very helpful.

The AC is noisy and the WiFi is a bit slow.

Room spacious and bed comfortable. No noise from other guests. Adequate desk space in case you need to work. Breakfast is decent. Not bad from a purely functional perspective.

The breakfast served at this hotel was wonderful. The location of the hotel to Asok train station makes getting around Bangkok very easy.

Room was dirty - stains on walls from juice were not cleaned away. Hygiene could have been improved. Wifi nonexistent - unable to do simple video calls in room or even in lobby.

The breakfast was a little disapointing compairing to we stayed at many hotels on our trip around Thailand and even another hotel around the corner when we had arrived.

Room was large and clean, we only stayed one night as stop to catch a flight from BKK airport as was eady to get train. The hotel was clean and comfy. The bottons on wall were a bit warn and needs replacing. The outside road was not the greatest but a great hotel for a stop over

The rooms look tired and a bit dated. The bathroom needs an update. But overall the room size was good.

The breakfast was great and included in the room price. The customer service was top notch. They made me feel welcome and were very respectful. The location was excellent to get around and right near the Terminal 21 mall. The airport link to BKK airport is one stop away and you can get connected to DMK airport as well using the train.

The breakfast buffet is decent but average. The maid service cleans the room every 2-3 days. If you need garbage dumped and clean towels, however, the accommodate. The location is unbeatable. Close to MRT and Asoke line. The fitness center is mediocre with aged weights and 3 CV machines.
