Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

SingaporeFour notable shortcomings: 1. The airconditioning could not be adjusted. It was often way too cold. I had to wear all my T-shirts to sleep. 2. The wifi was always doing something for a few minutes after my device connected, reducing the bandwidth to virtually nil. After that wait, it behaved normally. Effectively, I had to wait up to five minutes each time before I could access the internet. It was annoying. 3. The window was small, and looked at another building no more than 10 - 15 metres away. Half the window had frosted glass. Daylight was minimal, but not a big issue for me. 4. The bed was harder than I liked (though I normally tolerate relatively hard beds well), and even harder compared to many hotels I have stayed in in Bangkok of similar price range.
The location was only about 200m from the North exit of Sukhumvit MRT station, which is connected to Asok BTS station. It was super convenient for public transport. If trying to get around by taxi or ride-hail, it can be difficult at peak hours because traffic-wise, this is a busy, congested part of Bangkok. Check-in was smooth and there were elevators up to rooms. They advised at check-in that room-cleaning was only once in three days - not a big issue for me, but may be an important consideration for others. The room was spacious for its price range. There were sufficient electrical sockets and USB slots, and overall lighting was good. There was a mini-fridge and a mini-safe. A kettle and sachets of coffee (no tea) were provided. The room was quiet. There was a desk with a proper desk chair and good lighting over it. In the bathroom, the fixtures were in good working order. Water pressure was good; hot water came through quickly and drainage was good. It had a bathtub rather than a shower stall - I generally prefer shower stalls, but different people have different tastes. Only two bath towels were provided. No hand towels. I did not book breakfast with the hotel so I cannot comment on that. The staff were cheerful and helpful, but since I did not require any special assistance, I didn't interact with them very much. The room looked clean to my eyes and the floor felt clean underfoot. However, I did not go about looking for dirt.

SingaporeThey don't provide hand towel. Both towels and extra pillows need to be requested.
Close location to BTS and MRT both about 200m away. There also 7-11 about 50m from hotel. Enjoyed the long bath. Go buy bath bomb and pamper yourself. Water pressure very good and will fill tub fast. Counter staffs and bell boy very helpful. There was a gentleman, sorry for his Thai name. Help us in giving clear directions and another lady Sor all helpful. Will come back soon.

MalaysiaSituated in a prime area, it provides easy access to local attractions and transportation hubs, making it a convenient choice for travelers looking to explore the city. While the rooms are described as "ok," indicating basic amenities and comfort, the location might be a major draw for those prioritizing accessibility and proximity to key spots in the area. Overall, FuramaXclusive Asoke caters to guests looking for practical lodging with the advantage of a central location. Near to sukhumvit mrt entrance that is underground to terminal 21, n Asok bts. Beside there are few 7-11 that u wont miss out.

MalaysiaRoom is a bit old, needs an upgrade and refurbishment. There is no daily housekeeping, unless you request for one, but they will come in to empty your waste bins daily.
Room was big and comfy, with big windows, lots of sunlight. It is 5 mins walking distance to the MRT & BTS station, can use a covered underpass to access the MRT/BTS/Terminal 21 shopping centre somewhere nearby the hotel. Easy to get food nearby and at least three 7-11 nearby.

MalaysiaThe hotel policy to clean the room after every 3-night stay as part of the Green Save Earth Policy. Whilst we are all for saving Mother Earth, we feel the Hotel should have done more to keep the rooms clean and tidy especially the bathroom. Hotel should not forsake cleaniness and use the Green Policy as an excuse to avoid housekeeping.
Staff were friendly and understanding, especially the receptionist Lisa, who was very helpful during our 4-day stay at the hotel. Location was great as it was within walking distance to the MRT and BTS as well as shopping mall Terminal 21.
