We were a little disappointed with the pool not being in operation for our stay. Also, the wifi wasn’t great in the part of the resort we were located.

We were allowed to check in early with no extra cost. Friendly staff.

Water pressure in the shower was a bit too low. The room has high windows all around which let in light so as soon as the sun comes up the room is bright. We felt like we didn't get enough sleep as we were wide awake by 6am.

We stayed in a beachfront deluxe bungalow. The view was stunning even though there was a road between us and the beach. The bungalow was spacious and well-equipped with good sized fridge and kettle. Nice terrace to sit out front. Nice and peaceful with only slight disturbance from the road at night as very few cars and motorbikes passing

The location is amazing, the staff very nice and helps you with motorbike rental, taxi etc. Breakfast is basic.

Staff were not always guaranteed to be around in reception for questions /help. Also, lots of dogs (which is fine as I love dogs), but could imagine this being off putting for anyone afraid of dogs (especially as one was quite vocal!)

Amazing location, beautiful views across the beach. The island itself is perfect. Staff helped me hire a bike which arrived in 30 minutes. Lovely family restaurant next door.

Be WARNED they said theQueen suite I booked with separate rooms did not exist! Paid for large suite and got standard room. They agreed to provide extra bed to compensate, but being on our honeymoon it is nice to sometimes have a serrated room from your child ! Property is clean but a bit rough round the edges / in need of some updating. None of the hotel facilities are open in evening staff seem to leave at 6pm. Other places near by tho.

Very poor breakfast, nothing to eat nnd few places to sit. .Staf were helpful and nice, but cant understand in english well. There are no normal beaches in this Island

The breakfast unfortunately did not meet our expectations, there was merely bread, watermelon and juice on a table; eggs and sausages were available on order. I'd also recommend researching when the best time to come to Koh Yao Noi is as during our stay the tide went out during the day and we weren't able to really swim in the sea.

Pool was beautiful to swim in overlooking the beach. Hotel is in a nice, quiet location right on the sea. The room was spotless on arrival. Although all the facilities (pool bar, bathroom etc) were very basic the resort provided ample accommodation for two nights of needed rest and relaxation. We even got our laundry done by the hotel! We also rented a scooter again from the hotel and toured the island which we loved.

Unbeatable view to the west of the islands. Friendly, welcoming, gracious staff. Very helpful with arranging bikes/scooters/taxis. Short walk or bike ride to restaurants and bars on Pasai beach.

In a country where staff are incredibly kind, smiley, helpful, this property only disappointment was the service level, slightly below par. My impression was an overall lack of investment or just management that don’t care. Their breakfast was basic.

The breakfast reminded me of my hostel days. Unfortunately there was no proper coffee (only I stant coffee) and the choice of breakfast was very basic. You could choose between different preparation style of eggs, watermelon, toasted bread and marmalade. The wifi had its up and downs.

The staff is amazingly frienldy and they do their best to compensate the lack of english skills. They were very supportive, however we struggled sometimes to find someone at the reception. Amazing view from the balcony. You neatly sit with wonderful Seaview. The chairs were a little uncomfortable. Some better cushions would have been nice. The rooms have everything you need. The service brought new gratis waterbottles and toilet paper everyday.
