Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

South KoreaThey didnt give us a smoking ashtray in the balcony but gave to other hotel rooms. The swimming pool water quality was too poor; if you open your eyes in the water, your eyes will be painful until the next day. (water goggles recommended) The room quality was quite OK except the ac; the ac filter hasnt been cleaned for a long time, so the room was smelly due to the ac and the air was not good. The bed was not that comfortable.
They have the greatest location close to everything; Korean food town, night market restaurants, massages, Terminal 21 Pattaya, and the Pattaya beach. The room I booked had a balcony. The price was quite reasonable.
