AC was poor in the room and did not cool down the room. It needs to be serviced by owner. Swimming pool was disapointing and needs maintenance., stairs at reception were hard to climb lack of water in room meant no shower on the last day.

Unfortunately the water did not work for two times from three days. Once In the evening and once In the morning when we woke up, before check out.

Pool needs small reconstruction but water was clean and fresh.

Very nice and comfortable bungalow and super kind staff. The manager arranged everything we needed and was very helpful. Ando also very quiet place close to beaches and bar. I can imagine to come back next time.

Overpriced for the size of the room and the facilities in general. Probably due to being Xmas and high season.

Room and bathroom were very modern and clean. The room had a lovely balcony where you could relax too. There were robes to wear, snacks and a fridge. Good airconditioning. Staff were great: super helpful and kind. Breakfast included. Less than a 5 min walk to great restaurants, shops and the best beaches.

Very comfortable and elegant bungalows in a garden. Swimming pool with view on the sea and Kantiang Bay. Very quiet (a few people). Nice and friendly stuff who helped us with transfers, boat trips and motorbike rental. Resort is located in a south, more picturesque part of Koh Lanta. There are some restaurants and 7 Eleven in the village. But the road from/to the beach is up and down. Bakantiang was the best value for money during our holiday.

Pool area needs some attention. Only couple of sun beds and area around neglected. It could be beautiful and had a lovely view.

Wind and passing cars could be heard to the room but was not too disturbing since the area is overall pretty quiet at night.

The staff at Bakantiang Resort was great, breakfast was good, location was super and the bungalow was clean and cozy. Would definitely recommend and go again myself!

The upper hill Restaurant is closed and abondend. All guest are down near the Road next to the Road for breakfast. It seems staff ist reduced to minimize costs.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The view from the balcony was exeptional. As well as the facilities in the room. The even provided bath ropes wich we loved.

We wish we would have found this gem earlier! After staying at a more expensive resort closer to the beach we moved to this place and enjoyed it. Bungalows are very well kept, staff is very welcoming and helpful, breakfast is really good, nice pool with view and overall a great price-quality ratio. Opposite of the property is the excellent restaurant Pad Thai Rock n roll. We will stay there again.

Not a good location, had to take a car to most places. Said there was beach access but it was a long walk and the pool was too chlorinated to swim in, with no sun beds or umbrellas

No one on reception most time, after sunset definitely nobody. Feels like empty and no one cares about. No good conversation. Breakfast could be better. Pillows to hard for Europeans. No table or chair inside room, only sit and eat on bed because you can't use the balcony for breakfast due the monkeys
