The lack of vegetarian hot food at breakfast was disappointing. Nearly everything was tainted with pork or chicken or fish.

The lift did not work and we were on the side of a tall hill. We got extremely hot by the time we got to the top. There were buggies available some of the time so not critical. If you have a physical disability, it could be difficult.

The air condition was making noise so would be nice to improve this. Would be nice to have a double bed instead of 2 separate.

We really liked the location, such a great view! The personel super friendly! The pool is also very nice with view to the city/sea. In general would suggest it!

Stunning swimming pool - with swim up bar! All staff were super friendly! Toon was our favourite!!! 😁 offered us different tour options but we had already booked these! The hotel and rooms are up a steep hill but they have buggy’s to take you up and down and staff always offer to take your luggage! There are shuttles every hour to the Beach and back which is handy too! 10 minute walk to Karon beach! They had a gym on site which seemed well equipped but didn’t use this Would definitely recommend 😁

The whole hotel, in particular the rooms need a bit of an update. The rooms are a little tired with not all lights/plug sockets working. It seems that most rooms are twin beds.

The hotel was in a good location, about a 10 minute walk to the beach front. Room was a good size, great views and clean. The main hotel areas and pool were lovely. Breakfast was nice with plenty of options.

I was in the 7th building which is the second from the top of the mountain. Although transporting me down to the lobby via golf cart was easy, I didn’t like the lack of independence. I needed someone else to help me leave my room and the property.

Beautiful property with an excellent view of the city and beach. I could watch the sunset from my room. The staff were amazingly sweet and helpful. I wasn’t feeling well so I called room service for soup. They also brought copious amounts of tea and water which were much appreciated.

There was sometimes a little bit of a wait to get a ride back to your room in the evenings. There is a restaurant and bar in the hotel that is open in the evening but it’s not very busy so we opted to go out instead. We did book a room with a spa bath but the plug didn’t work so we were unable to use.

The staff were friendly and always on hand to help. The climb up to the rooms is not an issue because there are staff on hand throughout the day to give you a lift up. You can also call to be collected and driven down from your room (it was fun addition to the stay!) Rooms are dated, but there is everything you need so not an issue for us. Breakfast has a great selection of both Thai and western options. Walking distance to the beach/restaurant strip, but also the option of a shuttle which runs every hour. Nice little local shop that you can sit and have a drink outside in the evenings, only a few minutes walk from hotel.

So many steps. Haha. Be ready for a workout! This place is built into the side of a hill. You get great views!

The view and the pool are absolute standouts. I was in one of the top units. Beautiful view over the beach all the way up to Big Buddha. Infinity pool makes you feel like you’re floating above the town.

The hotel is situated on a high hill, so you might need to exert a bit to reach the reception, but there's a transfer to the rooms from reception

Need more shade at the pool. Current umbrellas are worn and sadly given the location of the pool , the umbrellas can blow over in the high winds at times. But it’s an observation not really a criticism as they are trying.

Older style property but wonderful. Lots of stairs but good exercise for us. Can take buggy if you don’t want to walk the stairs. It’s high. Great views nice breeze most days. Restaurant is great. Food very good. Staff are fantastic. They just need a bit more shade by the pool. Pool is 25-30 meters. Infinity edged with wonderful views. A resort nestled up into the back of Karon town and beach. But just a 10 min walk into the Main Street and the Karon Temple Market. Would definitely stay there again.

The location is on a hill, when I say hill means overwhelming steep stairs without a lift. There is a shuttle but breaks down a lot. They can help with luggage but most of the time, you will need to exercise. The interior is very out of date already. Staff are friendly but ... i don't mean to insult but quite incapable. Most of them don't understand English and couldn't solve the problem. And it is not that close to the beach.
