Nice room, very clean, with a beautiful view

It's quite a lot of stairs and uphill if u reserve some of the top rooms with a sea view. It's not an issue for me, but it might be for some so take that into consideration.

The room was cosy and very clean. Bed was really comfortable, and the view from the terrace (room A4) was breathtaking. All the staff members were super welcoming, polite, and helpful with anything we needed. The beach is about a 3 minute walk through an alleyway.

slow and unstable internet was the major drawback. if you need a stable wi-fi this is not the best option

Nothing I liked the steps for exercise and there were not too many, but they could be an issue if you were not fit?

Such a great location, and lovely accommodation,.very comfortable Staff were very helpful.and friendly Outside shower to wash off sand, air conditioning very welcome Wifi and TV had good reception It was also quiet at night

For us personally, the beds and pillows were too hard.

We spent 2 weeks at Kata White Villas. The villa is very close to the beach and the center. A quiet, peaceful place despite the proximity to the street. The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful. Good water pressure in the shower. It was a good choice for our holiday.

Very nice room and the view is amazing. We got the villa on the top but the view is worth the walk. The room is clean with nice smell. The guy at the reception was very friendly and helpful. The villa is very close to the beach and the center. I highly recommend this place.

The air conditioning unit in my room wasnt working and it wasn't able to be fixed during my stay. I was provided with a fan but it was uncomfortably hot in the evenings.

Big, clean, comfortable room about a 5 minute walk to the beach. Property is well maintained and the owner and staff are very friendly and happy to assist with restaurant, beach and entertainment options. There's a convenience store, a great massage place, ATMs, money exchange and a tuk tuk stand all within an easy 5 minute walk.

We loved our stay at Kata White villas! The location is in very close proximity to the beach and the staff is super friendly and always happy to assist and help you with booking taxi/trips etc. Would definitely recommend! Amazing value for money!

Climb to the top rooms but the view makes it worth your while.

Amazing location situated near beach, busy and quite areas with a wonderful view from the rooms at the top. Super friendly staff and propery owner who offered and gave me a ride to my next hotel room for free!

The bathroom needs renovation not because it’s not clean but it smelled bad most of the time - smell from the sewage

The view is just wonderful - if you choose a sea view villas - everything is clean and it’s up high a hill so you don’t hear the noise coming from the busy streets of kata

In some of the villas there was a water pump next to the room so it's loud The villas at the front row is closer to the street so might be louder than the ones behind The second villa we changed to (at the very back) has almost no WiFi signal

It would be better if the room climbed stairs to make it less tiring. It's not for people with bad legs.

The place was a bit smaller than how we thought looked in the photos. good enough for two people but for three people was a bit small

Best thing about this place was the location. super close to all the supermarkets, laundry, massage places, salons and also the beach. The property owner, Bankie, was super duper helpful and would always go out of his way to ensure that me and my friends were comfortable and if we needed anything. he was super responsive to any help we wanted or needed anything and this was something me and my friends really appreciated. would def book this place again for any visits in the future
