Maybe the pool is a bit over chlorinated (funny colour)

Great bungalows, good air con, decent WiFi connection and daily visits from the local macaques. Reasonable prices and also not too far from town.

The rooms are pretty simple so don't expect a luxurious stay.

The hotel is located sightly further from the main village, it ensures quiet and calm rest. The place is quite simple, however it feels really nice being surrounded by all the greenery. The whole concept of staying in the houses above the ground brings a nice experience. Would have loved to stay longer there.

The owners and staff are beyond amazing! They are what makes this place what it is! It isn’t a 5-star resort, but that isn’t why you go to this place. So happy we stayed there!

The beds were really hard. It’s Thailand, you get used to it.

Lovely hosts, great location. You could see swimming monkeys from the property, and they had 2 cute cats.

    Nothing was wrong :)

Amazing !!! - location was great for the national park. We booked the tour with the hotel before going via message, they sent us lots of info before hand which was super helpful. The tour was great, our guide Olay was amazing!!! So smiley and could tell he enjoyed his job. - the staff. They was absolutely lovely! Two of the girls couldn’t speak very good English, but we could communicate via Google translate and they was very helpful. There was one particular staff member who stood out however, I didn’t get her name unfortunately but she was wonderful, explained everything about the tour, arranged the other two girls to drop us off at the bus stop when we left the next day free of charge. All in all it was a lovely stay, close to the Main Street, and was very pretty (has a pool too!) The monkeys was fun to watch, however they do jump on your room ceilings that can be quite a jump in the middle of the night !!

Peaceful and rustic with some jungle visitors...

Not the hotels fault, as the location is in the middle of the jungle but there was a snake in our shower room, however the owner came to remove it straight away. There were lots mosquitos and quite a few cockroaches, even though the accommodation was kept clean, more due to heat and humidity. The beds were very firm/hard, this seems very common in Thailand. The shower lacked pressure.

The huts were rustic but well equipped and clean with a/c, fridge, large shower room. The porch was cute with a nice pool view. The setting was quiet and peaceful. The pool was small but adequate.

Great location (just 3 minutes walk from the Main road with a lot of good restaurants), cute Bungalows (you really feel like home), nice bathroom (shower could have more pressure but it is ok), nice terrass and good beds. AC in the room and a really nice breakfast Buffet (we got it included because of a Tour we did). You can book tours (as mentioned), Transfers to other places etc. Very friendly, funny and kind owner with good english. In the morning you will be greeted by monkeys who walk close by / are on top of your bungalow so keep an eye on your belongings :) We could leave our luggage until we came back from the Tour and they drove us to our next accomandation.

Rooms could’ve been a tiny bit more modern/taken care of. But that’s just a minor detail.

It was very close to the city center, the pool is really nice. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, especially the lady at the reception(11/10). They also helped us arrange our tours and transportation. The place looks beautiful, surrounded by forest and jungle. Some monkeys visit sometimes :)

This resort is beautiful! Great location, just a 5min walk to the main strip of restaurants (there is some amazing food)Very charming! The staff were lovely and you can arrange various excursions at the resort that pick you up right there. The pool is a nice touch too! It really has a jungle feel which we loved. Nil- don’t forget you are in the jungle so expect large insects in the bathroom. It all adds to the charm ;)

Great location amongst the jungle! Family run business in which the reception was the most knowledgeable of all of Thailand, we received fantastic advice and enjoyed some once in a lifetime experiences based on her advice. The pool was lovely and refreshing after a long day hiking. Lots of local wildlife call the area home which is also really special. Only a 5-10min walk to the Main Street for great food options & also entry to the national park.

If you are not a fan of bugs the bathroom situation is not ideal. Since the roof is not completely closed, don’t be surprised to find ants, little spiders and more creepy crawlers. A mosquito net would have been nice.

Almost next to the national park. Super friendly owner who is also super helpful and has great suggestions on what you can do. Accommodation is basic but the price matches that.

Softer and warmer lighting rather than bright white lighting would be better. The water pressure in the shower was not very good.

A wonderful, tranquil place set back from the main road so nice and quiet, but still close to the heart of the village where you’ll find plenty of nice restaurants. Lots of trees and plants and it even has a small pool. It has a great feel about the place and it’s close to the river where you can see lots of wildlife, particularly early in the morning. The staff are really friendly and helpful and have a good standard of English. I would definitely stay here again.

The outside lights really shone into our room at night but I like a dark room to sleep so just personal preference. Some hand soap would be great.

Cute little cabins, basic but clean and comfortable. It was quiet and the pool was lovely. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Would recommend for a stay in Khao Sok as it's just a short walk from everything. Bonus was seeing monkeys playing in the river nearby.

Only fault is that one day we seen a worker shooting the monkeys. They said that they have to do this as they can ruin the huts. I don’t understand why you would have Wicca huts or straw roofs when monkeys are wild in the area. This was just very upsetting to see.

Great property. Very clean and tidy. All workers were very helpful and lovely. We also booked our tour and floating bungalows from here which was super easy and a good price. Location is great

Very friendly and attentive staff. They were most helpful in booking an overnight stay at Cheow Lan lake and booking a taxi for our journey onwards. The cabanas have all the basic facilities and there is a nice pool. Do not expect 10/10 luxury but it certainly isn't shabby. The resort was actively maintained while we were there. DO expect bugs because you are in the jungle, after all. Main street is at walking distance.
