Only complaint is the drinks service. We are a family of six adults. When we ordered drinks, it would take 20 mins to get them all out. The first person to get their cocktail would be finishing when the last drink was received. The sunset bar sometimes had 3 staff present but only one seemed to work at a time. No rush demonstrated. Everytime they emptied a bottle of spirits someone would walk slowly to the Veranda bar to retrieve another one. If you have been to a resort bar in Mexico, this will make you crazy. The worst was the swim up bar. Almost nothing stocked there. If you ordered anything fancier than a beer or a gin and tonic, they would phone the order over to the Veranda bar and eventually - sometimes 20 min later, your drink would arrive. Often there was no one tending this bar at all as the sole server had wandered off to get something. We quickly learned to just order beer. This is something the resort could really improve: better trained, better staffed and faster moving bar staff. We were not on an all inclusive plan - we were paying for these drinks ---when we could get them

The resort, lawn area and beach all exceeded our expectations. The rooms were really nice. We were far back but didn't mind at all and didn't find the resort too big or confusing after the first day. The pools are lovely. Breakfast buffet is wonderful. We had steak dinners at the Veranda restaurant once and would not recommend. Nice for lunch though. The collection of shops and restaurants a short walk away got us off the resort every day and we enjoyed this feature though our dining there was uneven it was generally fun and affordable. This was a near perfect holiday spot for our grown family to converge upon for a Christmas reunion.

Some noise early morning, i assume from maintenance device maybe to erase insects, might come from neighborough hotel, hopefully they do not use toxic chemicals, birds etc move around there also and might eat these. Other hotels near should do same kind of measures to preserve nature.

Animals around are great, hopefully animals can live there together with tuorists also in the future, we like to do more to help to preserve nature. People who come this hotel should tolerate insects etc. because they are food for many birds. You cannot toxic them.

The nature walks were full when trying to book. You may have a chance of booking if you stay longer than a week or pre-book before arriving.

Beautiful place to stay. Lots of pools to choose from. Clean beach within walking distance from the hotel. Excellent tasting food.

Really can't complain as we had a lovely stay but the pools were cold (but very clean and well maintained) and the shower didn't go warm enough even on max. We did have quite a damp smell in our room the whole stay. We enjoyed happy hour at sunset for half of our stay 4.30-5.30 then they just stopped it for no reason! So we just went to the local beach bars.

We just had a wonderful stay as a family with grown up daughters. We loved the resort, true beachfront on the most beautiful sandy beach with plenty of sun loungers to enjoy. The pools were so pretty but just too cold to swim in (we had quite overcast weather). We enjoyed buffet breakfast every morning with a large selection for everyone and the breakfast room right by the pool and under the trees. It is like being in the jungle with all the wildlife and trees and very eco conscious. Great to have the little village right there for eating, drinking and little shops and taxis and a few beach bars and eateries very close too

The Wi-Fi was weak at times. The tennis court needs a make-over and the gym is really too small.

Very nice and clean room, good breakfast and extremely good relaxing area by the beach. There were plenty of sun beds scattered on lawn just by the beach. Very easy to choose sun or shade without having to adjust umbrella/bed. We also appreciated the tennis court and the small gym.

The dinner restaurant was actually less cozy then the breakfast restaurant although it had great view on the park which that was beautifully lit up in the evening. The location was somewhat remote from the city center but taxis were easy available. Around the hotel there are some simple restaurants of which Restaurant Bali was the best to our opinion

Excellent place to stay. The rooms were fine. The garden wonderful and the waves fun to play in. There were more than enough beds at the seaside and pools but have to say the hotel did not seem that full. We had a great time staying here. The breakfast and the breakfast restaurant are excellent. The garden is really beautiful, the sea and pool water pleasant to walk into. In total it gives you a cozy and luxurious feeling.

Pool was too cold for me and the.pool bar was not open when we stayed apart from that it was excellent.

Great resort. Their focus on nature is really great. Hotel is built around ancient trees and has kept as much of the natural environment as possible hence there are critically endangered species in the gardens. They clean their section of the beach to.remove plastic unlike neighbouring hotels. Staff are friendly and helpful. There are a selection of bars and restaurants nearby and pretty easy to get a taxi to Khao Lak town for more choice.

Everything was perfect

Me and my daughter fell in love with the place. I believe one of the best hotel I have ever been in Thailand. Staff speak English,food is cheap and tasty. The beach is amazing
