Its perfect location for a few attractions and nightlife in patpong, clean and good for price if you don't want a hostel

Deluxe rooms don't have windows, so it's quite depressing if you need to stay in the room big part of the day (as I did on days I worked).

There was a small issue with one of the posts on the four poster beds. The repair was done poorly and could have caused a hazard. Other than that, everything was great.

AC was incredibly noisy and all the noise from the corridor and from nearby rooms was heard in the room at night. Bed stand was only one and too small, sockets were in inconvenient location compared to the bed and I don't think the mini fridge was working. No space designed for a suitcase/luggage. It felt a bit like this was designed only as a sex room and not as a place to stay, because the counter top was big, but far from the bed and badly lit. The stand for the bath towels was definitely too far away from the shower. There is a rack opposite to the shower but your towels will likely get splashed if you use that one.

I really liked the aesthetics of the place, given that most properties at a similar price range will lack a view, it was lovely to be able to sleep in and to enjoy the look of the red room. (Sadly I was traveling alone, so I can't say how sturdy is the bed in reality). I loved all the mirrors, despite the fact there was no way to create sufficient light for makeup. I loved the look of the bathroom as well.

We already booked the special room with the red sofa in advance, because we wanted to celebrate Valentines day there. When we arrived we checked in and everyone was very friendly. But we were disappointed when we saw our room. It was clearly not the one we have booked. We went to the reception and asked what happend, they said due to construction work in the neihbour building, they wanted ro give us a other room which isn't that loud. We insited that we get the original room we have booked. They started to stress us that if we don't like that room even the other room won't be available anymore to make pressure. We don't like this attitude of making pressure. *first of all, why does the hotel NOT tell that there is construction work going on next door with loud noise which was actually heard from both rooms. *why didn't they just tell us when we arrived that we can take another room if we want due to noise. *why pressuring us that we cannot change the room anymore. Even if it was ment nice maybe, we like things being transparent and not thinking "we wouldn't realise that it is the other room".This attitude disappointed us. The untensiles are more like a decoration and not for real usage.

Very nice atmosphere and playroom. The red sofa does make an atmosphere and the mirror surfaces are great. The bathroom is very nice as well. There is everything you need in that room. The room is perfectly clean. The area is very nice and has great restaurants near by. We found an amazing Japanese restaurant and the cat cafe close to the hotel.

There was no kettle in the room. I like to get up and make tea first thing to get me going, running to store first is a bad start to my day.

It would have been useful to have a plug close to the bed and the 1000 baht deposit for the room key seemed a bit excessive, but maybe that’s me?

Clean and comfortable this was a nice hotel for a quick stop over. I would stay here again. The staff were friendly and the location was pretty good.

The only issue we had were ants in the bathroom in the first room however once we informed the staff they moved us to a different room straight away which I was really impressed with.

The room was very spacious and it was in a very quiet location. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful!
