Very quiet, relaxed place with a private beach area. Provided snorkels whichbis great.. Restaurant and bar are great, good food and atmosphere as are areas to relax outside. Rooms are clean. Older furniture and sparse but great for the value.

Not walking distance from anywhere - not a bad thing but just worth being aware of when booking that a taxi/ tuktuk will be necessary.

This is a beautiful well kept secret! A quiet little resort with access to a beautiful beach, bungalows sheltered by tall trees. Great food at the restaurant for lunch and dinner, free breakfast was amazing especially the museli. The Mo Bar near the beach had excellent value cocktails during happy hour and a very pleasant barman. Our bungalow was very clean and tidy, towels were provided. Fridge in bedroom. Good AC. Everyone very pleasant and friendly to deal with. Kindly arranged a taxi for us to our next destination.

The wifi could have been better. But overall everything else was very good.

The breakfast was delicious and plenty. The staff was very polite and friendly. There is a bar and massage place on the property right next to the beach. I liked that there is enough space in the shadow to relax while the noon heat hits. It is a very good place to stay with a family or to relax calmly at the beach for couple days. You gonna need a Scooter, if you stay here.

There is no grocery shops and almost no other restaurants in the walking distance, so you re limited to the restaurant of the place for every meal if you don't rent a scooter to go elsewhere / do some groceries.

The beach on the right side from the resort was the nicest I saw in one week on Koh Lanta! Plus, amazing sunsets, nice little bar on the beach just in front of the resort. Last but not least, it wasn't busy at all, I was alone on the beach many times, although the resort was fully booked.

The hotel is not very well connected. So you either need to walk quite far or rent a scooter if you want to go elsewhere. Small leak coming from the fridge in my room and slightly dirty.

Nice bungalow with air conditioning, which was surprising! Simple room but had everything you would need. Lovely space with hammocks, huts to chill near the beach outside, and a restaurant and bar too. Small beach for customers to use. Really wonderful staff. They helped me with riding and renting a scooter as I had never ridden one before. Great value for money. Would definitely stay again!

Lanta Coral Beach is a little piece of heaven. The resort is family owned, and even the staff have been working for the family for 30 years. The rooms are spacious and clean. I read on previous reviews that people complain about the shower in the bathroom...but if you have ever travelled on an overnight boat trip before, then this shower set up will not be an issue at all. If you combine all the good points, then you will not complain about shower: 😜 The bathroom is squeaky clean and the towels smells fresh! The family also runs the restaurant on the property. We enjoyed all our meals here. I can recommend the Thai Green Curry. Out of this world! And they offer a pot of coffee for the morning. Lovely! The private beach is stunning, and there is a bar on the sand with happy hour cocktails from 17:00...try the pina colada! If we ever visit Koh Lanta again, we will be sure to return to this resort.

The family that runs this resort is lovely. They will help you with everything you need: motorbike, laundry and sightseeing in Ko Lanta. The bungalows are located a 1 minute walk from the beach. All the facilities are working and the rooms are clean. This is the best place to wind down and take a break from travelling. Bonus: the sunset are amazing from the beach at the resort!

Home sweet home! We stayed 3 nights in a bamboo bungalow with a fan, and 3 in an air conditioned unit and both were as charming as the other - it just depends what facilities you want. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and the property was beautiful - lots of birds and wildlife to see from your porch. It was exactly the peace and quiet we wanted, compared to the busier north end of the island. The beach is rocky, so wear swim-sandals and swim at high tide - or ride a motorbike south for a white sand beach! (and a cocktail at Same-Same but Different beachside bar ;) Also, Diamond Cliff resort just up the road has a great view of the sunset (conveniently at happy hour) and a delicious and extensive menu. Stop in at Rock & Roll Pad Thai if you're a music lover! We were warmly welcomed all over the island. We will definitely be visiting Lanta Coral Beach again.

despite the location feeling quite isolated there can be a bit of street noise

superior bungalow was brand new with a shower stall, the water was hot :). A/C was cold, room was a good size. you can rent scooters, they have snorkel equipment they do laundry on property, arrange taxis and boat trips, it’s a one stop shop! which was really nice. you get two vibes in one, the restaurant is up on a cliff with a beautiful view of the ocean and down in a valley where the bungalows are there is a beautiful yard with lots of trees that leads to a small beach bar. there are lounging hut type things to enjoy the sunset. if you cross a little stream you get a VERY private beach. it’s a family run business with a very attentive, friendly and helpful staff. they really made us feel like home.

Unfortunately we were given a room near the road and not by the beach, which makes the pictures a little deceiving. Everything is very basic but good enough. Great to have bike hire and laundry directly with Lanta Coral. Loved the local beach bar! If you want somewhere cheap and no thrills - this is a great spot
