The pool could have done with being cleaned during the day as it gets lots of leaves

The location was stunning and the chalet was perfect and right on the beach. The staff were friendly and helpful and the little restaurant had a beautiful outdoor space

It was quite thin walls between the rooms. Heavy competition during off season so I choosed another hotel beacuse of the price (after the first night).

The building on the other side of the road was not far from the beach. They had a car that could help you with the luggage when you arrived. Very quiet. All rooms during my stay in Thailand was clean but this was the cleanest room of them all.

Air con was a bit noisy.

Beautiful and peaceful resort on a very private beach. Rooms were big and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and the food was excellent. Pool clean and the massages available were great! Location very good. Not much happening apart from beach bars but we loved that.

During our two weeks stay on Koh Lanta, we visited three resorts, but Miami Resort was the best, very nice room, very good food, lots of shaded places, great massages

The isolation is pretty bad, so we could hear all bikes passing by, as our room as on the big building next to the street. The beach has just couple lounge chairs for such hotel. There were max 10 loungers next to the pool, that were always ‘pre-occupied’ with someone, even if they need a chair few hours later. That was really annoying.

We liked that it’s beachfront. The beach is long and beautiful, though with lots of rocks. Nice breakfast with lots of variety.

Mattress quality was not the best we had but didn’t really detract from our stay.

Other guests putting towels on sunbeds for hours unattended but not the hotels fault

The staff, facilities and location of this hotel were perfect. We were there during Ramadan and bearing in mind the staff were fasting in exceptional heat you would not have known, couldn’t do enough for you, worked so hard and were still smiling. Rooms were spotless, beautiful beach, amazing sunsets and close to bars, restaurants, shops etc, would recommend and will hopefully get the opportunity to stay again

Our room was right next to the road so you could hear the traffic. The pool was crowded and the sunbeds were often reserved by people who were not actually using them. The hotel should enforce a policy were they remove your stuff from the sunbeds after 30min of not showing up.

Amazing location right on the beach. Best sunset view you could ask for. Nice pool, although can be crowded. Really good breakfast with great coffee. Restaurant was nice with great food. Our room was clean and spacious (we stayed in the hotel section, not the bungalows) and we were really happy with it.

The breakfast egg maker should understand basic English terms/desires - fry on both sides; fry a little more so that the egg white is also ready, omelette - well done does not mean that everything inside the egg dish is still soft and runny. The air conditioner, which made a loud noise at check-in, was replaced only after two crews tried to fix it and realized the unit had reached the end of its life. The bearings creaked and chunks of ice occasionally littered the interior. Then a portable air conditioner on wheels was brought, the air output of which was directed to the bathroom with a hose. From there, however, extremely hot air flowed back into the living room. After I informed the reception that I wanted to leave, but I would like compensation for unused nights and compensation for the cost of new accommodation... we were accommodated 2 km away for one night. The next morning we walked to breakfast at the hotel and were informed that the replacement of the air conditioner had begun. Having installed two cooling air conditioners in my own private house and being an administrative manager of warehouse offices and high-rise buildings... it was good to compare how this work is done in Asia compared to European work. In Nordic countries, it is common for two people to do this, and changing one air conditioner (inside and outside) takes somewhere between 3-4 hours. During this time, the old one has been removed, the new one installed, the holes filled, the electrical work done, the equipment filled with gas, and the gas leak tested and checked. At this point, I managed to observe from the side how the work is going on in Thailand. 5 people were busy for 6 hours. two specialists did demolition and installation work, an electrician did electrical work. A hotel employee secured our personal belongings. The maintenance man of the hotel cleaned the debris created by the specialists.

Our accommodation was right next to the pool and it was also the most beachfront cabin. Every morning we saw the work of the pool boy and how the work done was checked by the hotel representative before the relevant work document was signed. It was good to watch from the sidelines. Order and cleanliness were noticeable in every way.

Great location close to the water and close the shops and restaurants in the street. Very friendly staff, and they have a parking for motorbike under roof. Good size balcony with chairs and a table and rack for clothes.

People saving sunbeds , sometimes 2 at a time and not using them.

Dining on the beach. Clean room. Brilliant staff, everyone from the gardeners, security,reception staff and managers were all so helpful and kind.

Would of preferred a table & chair on a balcony area but these was lacking. For awareness (not a moan...) the hotel doesn't sell alcohol however they have an arrangement with the bar next door who do sell it. So you get two bills, one for food and then one for drink. Didn't cause any issues but wanted to make others aware!

Pool and location are great, the food at the hotel was really good too. I would stay here again for sure! The rooms were big enough (we were in the hillside rooms), wifi worked perfectly fine too. Coffee/tea/water & toiletries all provided on a daily basis. When we arrived we had a problem paying by card (their signal was down) but the staff offered to take us to the ATM to get cash out (it is two mins by foot away so i just walked!). We also had a problem with the safe but they soon sorted it out too! The staff are friendly and helpful for sure.

There wasn’t really any comfort , and although I understand they are traditional Thai accommodation, they were not very practical, not much space for clothes ( that being said, I did overpack) Not many sunbeds for the property, and they are uncomfortable, no sunbeds on the beach, they are a small bean bag.highly recommend the beach front bungalows. Also there were a hell of a lot of children ,due to this it was very very noisy , think we were there during German half term ,

Beautiful room with a little dip pool straight off the deck. The setting is divine on the beach. I loved the jungle flora and fauna walking to our room. The staff were amazing especially Sid! This place was our favourite stay in Thailand x

Rooms are a little tired. Food apart from breakfast is fine. but so many better food options for lunch and dinner nearby. But still a real little gem for an inexpensive holiday with kids.

Great little family run hotel on a wonderful stretch of beach. Good pool, all very clean and really friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast buffet and lots of nearby restaurants and bars for evening dining. Excellent value for money.
