The buffet breakfast tasted yummy but they didn't refill everything. By the time of 9 am, some varieties of breakfast are gone, e.g. the local desserts.

The location is great, easy to transport to the city centre. Staff is also friendly. Concierge is eager to help with your luggage. The room cleanliness reaches to the standard of hotel tier.

The hotel wifi, unlike other value for money hotel wifi. Monkham village hotel wifi is the best the signal is very strong 👍👍👍 and also the hotel is very clean, comfortable with nice swimming pool and friendly hotel staffs 👍👍👍

MODERN and VERY NICE hotel DESIGN, spotless CLEAN and a EXCELLENT/SUPER FRIENDLY STAFF. Especially girls at the reception were extremely helpful in organizing our extra requirements for other travel arrangements even not related to the stay in the hotel. Thinking always 1 step ahead of us, pointing out risks we should consider, contacting local vendors. Furthermore, the girl we have dealt with was speaking a PERFECT ENGLISH - very unusual in THAILAND - big compliment. And the last thing - we really enjoyed the POOL.

There wasn't anything we disliked.

Monkham Village catered for the more Asian guests with regard to the breakfast, there wasn't much choice for their European guests. Locationwise, it is situated slightly away from the Centre of Hat Yai - needed a Grab or TutTut to get around. Everything else about this hotel was superb. This was our 2nd visit and we are planning a 3rd visit.

overall, it was a delightful experience. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room maintained a high level of cleanliness. I particularly enjoyed the well-appointed toilet with a bathtub, adding a touch of luxury to the stay. The swimming pool was a nice addition, providing a refreshing break. Moreover, friendly staffs who made my stay even more enjoyable. Their warmth and attentiveness truly stood out. However, while the breakfast was satisfactory, it was relatively standard. Additionally, the location, while decent, required the use of tuk-tuks and Grab for convenient transportation.

Pillow are too soft. Veltilation fan in the bathroom is not function. Description said have safety box but none in my room. No safety guard lock latch in the room, anybody can access to the lift to every floor. We stay the building next to the lobby, where there was no hotel staff or security at the entrance..Thus, night time we were quite worries someone can easily open our door and come into our room.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is good, right behind the hotel is 7/11. Very clean and spacious room. Just the color for some part of the cabinet have started faded out and also got crazy, curtain have some mold. Hopefully they can touch up and maintain it well because I would like to come back to this hotel in my next visiting to Hatyai.

Maybe can pay extra care on their swimming pool maintenance.. there were some stains on the pool tiles..

Friendly staffs, front desk people were helpful, delicious hotel meals, clean environment, And strategic place if you want to go nearest night markets.. it’s about 7min by Tuk tuk..
