WiFi unfortunately wasn’t working well for my particular room (only possible to connect in a certain section of the room). Location may also be a negative if you don’t have a scooter/car.

I stayed for a week and found the room size quite good for the price. Fresh towels and water were provided everyday. Washing machine in the room for the price is a big +ve

Location was a bit tricky - you have to use taxi - to get there. ... TV could only tune local channels 😭 No ironing box Sockets could not take BS plugs

I'm wondering why I was told there is no breakfast available when the neighbors have it. I took this booking with a breakfast. I am then told that I can get breakfast at the adjacent coffee shop, but I am not told that I have to pay for it. If I was late I can understand that, but I wasn't. I would like to cancel breakfast for the next remaining days of my stay. I don't need a refund. - I send this message when I was staying in your hotel and never get a answer.

The Internet connection was very poor. It didn't connect in many rooms. The rooms did not see to be used frequently so the overall cleanliness was poor. It was obvious the room was not checked before we checked as the AC in the living room was not working the first night.

The rooms were spacious. It also had a big enough kitchen for the duration of the stay. As we are a family of four it helped that there were two bathrooms.

Breakfast comes with room and was served to our room. It's a nice breakfast, but it's the same every morning. The room size is great. I like the separate bedroom and the kitchenette is also a good size however we had to ask for extra dishes as there was really only enough to serve kne person. The fridge is full size and works great. The stove takes some work to get it to get hot and cook. We didn't try out the oven. Barely any cooking utensils or pots/pans. The washer works great, but no clothes drying gadget. Have to hang in shower. AC and hot water works great. There are two AC units, but the living room unit cools the entire unit. The staff is wonderful, but the language barrier can be a challenge. There is free shuttle to the BTS or places near by. The traffic is horrible so walking around can be dangerous as there are no sidewalks. Overall, this is not a bad place. We enjoy it.

The soundproofing is not good, we are disturbed by the motorcycle sound badly. We didn't have a good sleep during the stay. The location is not that convinence, the nearest 7/11 and food court all need to take 15 mins walk.

The service and the hygiene! We stayed there for 6 nights and we realized they never changed our bed sheets and pillows case they came in to switched the towels and filled some water. We had to asked for them to refill toiletry but we bought our own toilet paper because the cheap toilet paper they provided just melted lol. The front desk person seemed too busy every time I entered the door had to stand there and waited for them to notify even though there no other guests there!

1. There was blockage in the sink which was cleaned after complaining. 2. Airport transfer was booked by hotel which was a normal taxi and not a private car. We paid 500 baht for same which might have been lesser had we booked a taxi on our own.

Location was difficult although the river boat was close. In the midfle of a block. Quiet but had to walk 12 minutes fir shops.

The kitchen. There are power sockets everywhere. Bed is comfy. Nice gym and swimming pool. Most of the staffs are helpful, especially Ms.Joawee in the front desk was exceptionally good. Mr. Jack was also very helpful. The free tuk-tuk drop-off to nearby places was a great time saver.

This hotel is not within walking distance from the train / metro station ad the hotel, the location distance on bookin . com is in a straight line! You dont walk in straight lines! The hotel is about a 30 / 45 min walk to the metro station. The hotel does have a small bus service but it doesn't take you to the metro! The breakfast was very small, American style = one sausage, one egg, one piece of ham, one piece of bread, one glass of fruit juice. I thought it was a little small but i suppose I am used to buffet style breakfasts usually. One main disadvantage is that the hotel is near nothing! It is in a suburb area, the closest 7/11 or mini mart is a 10 / 15 min walk along quite dark roads with very little pavement!

The facilities such as the pool and gym were good, the pool is about 12m long which is not too small. The gym is average and you can get a full workout in. The room was very nice ad comfortable, a little small but it is a city! The breakfast is just ok, portion sizes etc are a little small but it is served in your room. The staff were all very polite and helpful.

The gym facilities were outdated, the room needs to be remodeled and there was NO HOT WATER.
