They confirmed over email and then verbally but didn't provide us connecting rooms. We had 2 young kids. The facility is poorly maintained. Pool was dirty.

The pool was too dirty to use . We were there 13 nights. They worked on cleaning the pool every day but were never able to get it cleaned.

1. The hotel is not at a walking distance from the famous aonang beach (specially for couples and families as they cant walk that much each time to visit beach ) which is a negative. 2. Unfortunately the breakfast had small flies over it , specially over cut fruits and salads which was carelessness on part of the staff. 3. The check in even at 4 pm was not smooth at all. The staff was confused among themselves and took a long time.

The allotted room with pool access was on ground floor and was big and spacious which was a plus point. The outside balcony was spacious as well. The prices are competitive in with others so it provides you a good cheaper option(under rs 6000) 7/11 is in front of this hotel which is a plus point.

We couldn’t use the pool because it was green & dirty there was obviously an issue with the pool, but we were not advised about this when we booked. The whole complex was tired and rundown. Breakfast is pretty average for the money we paid

Not enough loungers by pool, only 2 very old Sun loungers and one umbrella for shade. Had an issue with door not locking properly and also we asked the desk staff to arrange a Taxi for our trip to the airport, the following morning at 0530 no taxi and guy on reception said he didn’t have any taxi numbers. I had to run to the nearest main road and hail a taxi so I didn’t miss flight. In general it was a bit run down.

pool seems not to be maintained correctly- lack of filter and pump etc. Sink in bathroom in reception area not working - reported first day - not fixed during our stay.

It has been a luxury spa resort back in the days, but it needs renovation. Pool not very clean and the area around the pool needs to be upgraded. Staff is doing it best to make it a good stay. good breakfast buffet - only poor point is lack of heaters for the hot dishes.

the young Thai man at front counter needs to be moved on to a task better suited to his, ahem ,skills. Like gardening perhaps .

hardest bed I have ever encountered , on the plus they added mattress covers to try to soften it up a bit. Cleaning staff wonderful, a joy to be greeted by them .

It was about a 15 minute walk from the property to Ao Nang beachfront. We booked a family room which was supposed to have a double bed and 2 singles, we received 2 single beds and one very uncomfortable bed that was made up last minute. The hotel seemed like it was out of season as it felt a bit run down and quiet. For the price it was ok but I wouldn’t rush to stay here again. The staff were friendly and helpful though so that was great.

The property had a huge pool located right outside our room which was great, the pool bar wasn’t open when we stayed here and the pool was a little bit unclean. The room we had was a good size and was cleaned regularly and we always had clean towels which was great.

The pool was absolutely disgusting, I booked this hotel so the kids could play. I wouldn’t let my pets in it. Hadn’t been cleaned in years full of mold. How this passes inspections is beyond me. Also the mattresses were full of pee stains.

There is no Lift in the property and Staff is little bit mismanaged.

The washrooms were pathetic. There was no water most of the times. Bathroom fittings were all rusty shabby and broken too. The room was stinking.
