We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United Kingdomwe had to go for a budget twin as the nicer rooms were fully booked, mattresses a bit hard but super clean and perfectly adequate as it’s only where you sleep!
This is my 4th visit & I’ll always come back - but the reception staff were very uninterested & bordering on rude - with a ‘can’t be bothered’ attitude. Shame as everything else is perfect, you won’t regret staying here.. you’d think they would be more welcoming to returning guests!

AustraliaHeight of the bathroom my husband had to duck as roof height very small. Limited lights with no water pressure or warmth to the water. We left after 2 nights and forfeited the other 2 we paid for. The islands dead and ran down with nothing really to do for children other than swim but it was raining and mozzies were terrible. Food was also not as good as the food we have had through Bangkok and Koh Samet .
Pool was lovely and Bali hut entertaining areas nice . Mozzies were bad though

ThailandCon's: 1. The shower gel smells weird. 2.There was guaranteed deposit of 1000 baht that was not mentioned at the booking site. 3.The beach which could have big waves and can't enjoy swimming much and a lot of people and kids by the pool and one of the sun beds have not been wiped or cleaned after guest usage.
Pro's: 1. Room and bathroom are spacious and clean. 2.The bathroom floor that is not slippery. 3.On site restaurant with staff that took initiative to watch for my belongings while waiting for check-in and when I walked along the shore. I so appreciate even if they have lockers in the lobby. 4. The resort complimentaries like soap, toothbrush, coffee, umbrellas, etc. are spot on.

SingaporeThe staff was a bit rude. The front desk women had an attitude which made us a bit uncomfortable and one of the waiters got our order wrong and when we corrected him, he got upset so we didn’t eat there again. Also, we got the breakfast set, which we were able to get coffee, tea, breads and fruit at the “buffet” table. Even though the fruit had a cover over it, they were still covered in small bugs so it was definitely not edible.
The location was perfect- close to everything but far enough away as well. The beach was prestige and not crowded at all. The pool area was very nice as well. We really liked our room as it was the closest one to the beach. For the price- it was a gem. Also, there’s a massage area in on the beach in front of the hotel. The massage therapists were great and very affordable. We got one every day!

PolandIt was our 2. stay in this place but rather last time. The staff was unfriendly. If you want guests to come back, change the lady at reception, she spoils the review of this resort. Also, in the restaurant the waiters were unpleasant. 3 years ago the staff was perfect but now it is a massacre.
Breakfast was buffet style, very good. Stunning surroundings.

Thailandthe music in the evening really effects the sea view rooms at the front of the hotel which you pay more for but get less sleep because of the loud thumping beat. I would have hoped that there would be a little more respect for the guests of these rooms but after complaining the music still was very loud one night until midnight even though only one table occupied in the restaurant
rooms were well appointed and nice, beach clean and pleasant, restaurant food good all round, very happy with our stay
