We reached the property at 8pm and have had to wait for 45 mins to get the key. There was no proper response from the staff. Have to make 3 phone calls to get the keys. We have been waiting on the road.

I didn’t like the lack of hot water taps and the fact there was no soap in the downstairs toilet.

I liked the room and I thought the food was decent. Thought the staff seemed slightly abrasive.

No elevator..., the breakfast was in an other hotel. Hard to get a taxi to bring us , only tuktuks because of the steep hill to get there .

The size of the room.. first one was a 2 bedrooms 2 bathroom ,kitchen and living room ,2 balcony very nice. We had to change the next day so the size of the other one was good too.

The crazy trek up the hill to get there or go out was a bit of a surprise not fun to walk at all

- location is a bit out of the way-approx 20 minute walk from patong beach but in walking distance and plenty of places to eat in walking distance

- friendly staff - clean room - lovely swimming pools - small but clean gym to use - Good Laundry service at the hotel

It was so tiring going up the hill in case you need something urgent or need to go down to by something to eat.. but all in all it was great.

The beds were uncomfortable and solid pillows. Understand not your fault but be warned of the hill, was difficult to walk and no tuk tuk would attempt. Staff were lovely but could have been more friendly/helpful.

Nice pool area, room spacious and clean. Nice to have animals near by, good taxi service and free toiletries were handy.

When checking in they added taxes etc. to the booking.com confirmed price. I think normally these should be included in the confirmed price.

It was all the way on top of a very steep hill so everytime you went out you had to walk up and down this crazy hill with very bad lighting at night. And there was no elevator at the hotel. So after climbing up this mini mountain you had to climb up all the stairs as well. The bed was super hard and lumpy and had stained bedsheets. Extremely many ants in the room. Climbing everywhere. The shower smelled like piss and the showercurtain in our room was mouldy. And we didn’t get any handsoap. And when they came to clean the room they only made the bed. Didn’t clean the floors or the bathroom. Didn’t throw out the trash in the bathroom bin. Can’t say for sure but there must have been something in the water because both my boyfriend and I got horrible acne breakouts while staying there. Which is not normal for me.

It had good aircon and pretty good soundproofing (exept when people were screaming at the top of their lungs outside your balcony). The room was a nice size for two.

There was no honesty as we stayed 3 nights and our room was not attended once while we were there. Our room TV was not working which they promised will be repaired the next day. Nothing happened even though we mentioned this every morning before our breakfast at reception. They even did not bother to leave a bottle of water for us. But we could see 3 - 5 bottles of water left on other doors.

The view is amazing and I would advise you to include (and pay for) the breakfast option once you reach the hotel and not before. It is cheaper at the hotel. Restaurant has nice food but there is a 7/11 just down the hill which will help you stretch the budget. They also have very helpful scooter renting service close to hotel which is nice as taxis can be quite expensive.

It is a little bit out of town so it can be abit of a trek to get into the main area of Patong.

It has everything you need such as a cheap breakfast that they host every morning. It is kept clean and the 2 bedroom apartment we booked was very spacious and had immaculate views of he ocean.

Check in so hard to find it’s a joke you’ve to check in at a different property.. the room has a very cold feeling to it me and my friend ended up leaving straight away

The room is clean and it has all facility that we should need and there is a pool with a sea view and also can use the pool in the main hotel next door, quiet from the road outside because the location is on the hill and in case if you don't have any bike they have the shuttle bus 4 time /day. Staffs are friendly and helpful for 24 hrs.
