Czech RepublicThe only drawback I would mention is that the hotel has just one elevator, which operates quite slowly and is often occupied by the hotel staff.
I was very satisfied with my stay at the Kokotel hotel. The swimming pool was clean, and the water was refreshingly cool. Additionally, the hotel staff was friendly and very accommodating, always ready to help and fluent in English.

ThailandIn the bathroom there’s no separate with the rest room so all the room will be wet after you shower. And they don’t have a bottle of water, you have to take a bottle to fill the water out of your room. I think it’s strange, water here is so cheap why you’re not offer to customers?

ThailandThe carparking is restricted. On my check out I was boxed in and just managed to squeeze out because people parked their car opposite me near the front wall. Also I noticed if a car had to be moved. No owner and registration details were taken on check in by reception. Therefore any Tom, Dick, Harry can park in their carpark. There should be easy excess and vehicles should not be boxed in. What if someone had early morning flight at Bangkok Airport and was boxed in by shelfish unknown driver and vehicle.
The location was very good. The hotel was kept clean and comfortable.

South AfricaSame as the last time, the in room water bottles smell musty - they have to be sterilized to give guests the confidence to use them, otherwise it's buy water bottles from the supermarket and bring to the room!
Return visit to Kokotel Pattaya South Beach, reception all smiles, early check-in, free parking, quiet room, comfortable bed, all attractions in close proximity, this is my preferred hotel choice 😀

United KingdomDo your research on the local area because it’s just not very desirable. Didn’t like that it’s “guest friendly”. Breakfast was hit and miss - sometimes good, sometimes not very good. Fruit is left uncovered so attracts lots of flies.
Big spacious room. Water dispenser on each floor. Environmentally friendly ethos. Short walk to the beach. Friendly staff.
