We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Nice basic room in quiet area at a great price. Good size room with shelf and bench for my possessions. Comfortable bed. Filtered water available with coffee and tea, but I bought 5L containers of water. Staff was nice, carried my rolling duffle bag to my room for me. Place was 2-minute walk from pier and close to night markets, restaurants and stores.

We stayed just one night and really liked the place. Shoes are not allowed upstairs, which is great. The room is basic but well worth the price. Whole guesthouse was exceptionally quite. We loved the location, close to night market and 7/11, what else do I need? I would happily like to book again.

The bed was comfortable but the mattress didn't fit the bed frame. But... this is Krabi, tourist town and overpriced.
Good location, close to island ferries and night market. The staff smiled a lot and helped me book a bus ticket.

United KingdomWiFi is a little iffy now and again, and the room is quite hot. But we did choose a fan only and last time we were here in December it was fine.
Location is excellent, close to everything - 7 Eleven, all night markets, fruit and veg market, shopping mall (which has a small food court), and eateries and bars. Transport to nearby sights passes the end of the road, and there are tour shops everywhere. Staff are always happy, smiley and helpful. There is a money exchange on site. The room is very large with a seat and comfortable bed, and the bathroom is only shared with one other room and is very clean and well kept. Booked two nights and stayed four. Would definitely stay again.

Czech RepublicYou don't get a remote control for the AC so you stick with whatever is set-up. I can't say how many times I almost broke my big toe after stumbling over that tiny hard to see step in the bathroom. A tape of different color would be helpful. Also the front gate is locked early in the evening and doesn't get opened until later morning, which is understandable, but the padlock is kinda hard to manipulate with from the outer side.
The location is close to the river promenade as well as in walking distance of Krabi town markets. We were allowed to check in at 8pm (which is past the check-in time) and the receptionist lady was very friendly. The room was spacious and clean.
