The Room was too compact and intercomm was not working in one of the rooms. The Breakfast Spread could be better with some more Indian Options since they have a lotta Indian Visitors

The Property was nice with excellent Swimming Pool. The Staff was courteous. The Connectivity to Patong Beach was nice with TukTuk available outside the Hotel

The toilet was leaking I noticed when we got in our room, someone came immediately to fix it. We were out all evening and left the next day to spend the night in Koh Phi Phi when we returned the issue remained. The toilet leaked our entire stay and we had to put towels down every day we were there because of it.

The staff was amazing and accommodating, and the beds were super comfortable. The breakfast was good, and the dinner was good as well. I like that we were close to everything and it was the perfect location to shop, eat, and party if that's your thing. We got to everything by foot or taxi. (Very affordable)

Not clear regulations for using beds near the pool. Some people leave their towels and assume that the beds belong to them for the whole day even if they are not at the pool for most of the day

there should be a control over guests screaming and playing in the pool, at 8am we had a family playing water basketball and screaming. it was too noisy and they bothered everyone at the hotel for 2 hours. when I called the front desk to complaint, the manager told me that we can't do anything about it. Again, over many complaints they have sent someone to speak to them but it was too late

The fridge was crap. Was almost no colder that the room with air con. The shower had 2 heads. Only one worked. It didn't damper the experience but thought it be noted. I informed reception on our exit. We paid for the pool access room thinking the mail pool closes at 8pm. People were often in it after this time and some night until midnight. I didn't mind that they were in the pool but a little annoyed I paid double for a pool 24/7 when we could have saved and just swam quietly like everyone else did.

We had the pool access room. I got it mostly for the kids so they could swim when the main pool was closed. We didn't use it as much as we thought. We were out late most days and the kids were pooped when we got home. The room was amazing. Very clean with all the little bits like slippers and robes. We did have to ask for 2 extra of everything like robes and water. This was an easy fix but we did have to remind them about the water several times which can just be annoying but not overly bothersome. Aircon was great and super cold. Shower pressure was good and the bath was a nice touch. The water did come out a little on the brown side so just keep that in mind. We didn't eat there at all as we enjoyed meals down the beach most days. Drinks and food was more expensive but you do expect that being an upmarket hotel chain. Wifi worked well for us but did hear others complain. we were more towards the front of the hotel.

The music was by the pool was sometimes a little loud. At breakfast, some of the plates and cutlery were not thoroughly cleaned.

I travelling during end of February 2024 it’s over the pick and busy season,The price is a bit expensive . I pay for about Aus $350 a room for night , the Hotel is not provided Toothbrush at all . And the puffer breakfast and dinner not much choice needs to be improvement.

The staff and manager is friendly and helpful ,At the centre of potong , close to all shopping and close to the beach very convenient. The swimming pool is the best n fun good for family with children.

There could have been more sun beds available. All sun beds were taken on the first 2 days of our stay. Also, guests would put towels on them to secure them early in the morning and not return for hours

Buffet Breakfast was great but would be nice if some meals were new daily. Would also prefer to have a barista made coffee rather than a push button coffee
