Basically for this price range the hotel is absolutely perfect! Just there was a mispresentation about coffee prices at reception once.

The hotel is outside of noisy Patong streets so it's always calm atmosphere there. The service is perfect, they clean rooms daily, reception is always there to assist. Swimming pool is not large but it is not crowded, I was always comfortable there. The room was spacious, all rooms there have balcony and seaview (we were at 1st floor, with seaview, maybe only ground floor doesn't). They offer laundry services at reasonable prices. They provide drinking water. Thank you so much for everything, we had a nice stay!

The hotel is literally on the hill but the way there is almost impossible to climb. Lot of cars dont even want to climb there stating they will flip over so you have to walk. It is really not just a normal hill. We were dying every time we had to go up. Also the hotel doesn't have elevator so once you reach the hotel you have to climb the stairs with all your luggage. Prepare for lot of climbing and leg exercise. Also the bathroom is not the best. It doesn't have a separate shower area (just a curtain which is sticking to your bodu the whole time...disgusting) so you flood the whole bathroom every time you shower.

The view from the room we had is amazing and we had a balcony surrounded by palms so it was very nice to sit and be there. We also had a walk in closet which was very unusual but so nice to have

The extremely steep and dangerous driveway to get to the resort. The fact that nobody that worked there comes down to help you bring your bags up there. I wouldn’t have booked this place had I known about the severity of that driveway.

The hotel is on the hill, so you need to be fit to get there, normally taxis would not go there, but if you still want, please ask in the reception.

Liked the view from the room. Clean room, comfortable bed, good English breakfast, but individual and you have to wait until prepared. Quiet location, pool in the garden.

The hill up to the apartment block is extremely steep and tricky to walk if it is wet/raining.

Good sized room with basic kitchenette. Lovely little pool - perfect for cooling off. Friendly team. Plenty of restaurants and a 7-11 nearby

It’s a nice hotel. It was quiet and hotel area was green and pretty. I already forgot for a moment that i’m in Patong beach and it was great. I recommend.

It’s hard to find quiet & comfortable place with a view for this value in Patong. The staffs were super nice. I was exhausted climbing up the hill when I arrived around noon. They offered me ice cold water and helped my luggage. I love to come back again.

Unclean room, mold in the room and just not clean.

Dont go here. A lot of mold in the rooms, unclean rooms. The pool makes your skin blue (not kidding). We contacted the accomodation but no compensation.

Rusty tap water, smell of dampness in the room. I booked room with sea view and it was more "tree view". Morning after I woke up because of work they do at hotel (cutting trees) the workers were in front of my balcony all day, so 0 privacy and 100% noise. The staff was indifferent to me and my requests. And one of the answers I had was "if you don't like you can go to another place" 😑 very polite
