We loved everything about stay. From the airport pickup to the welcome drink upon our arrival. The staff took care to make sure that we felt valued and appreciated. From setting up excursions or to just get a tuk tuk, like an open air taxi. Everything was done right

This hotel had everything you could want. Super friendly staff, fab rooftop pool, excellent food, most comfortable beds, gym, massage. We did not want to leave and booked an extra 2 nights. The staff were fantastic and couldnt do enough for us. Special mention to Jose, Front House Manager, who was so friendly, kind and helpful.

Bit slow on serving drinks.

The staff were so helpful and very friendly. The omelette for breakfast was lovely. The roof pool was great especially the view! The gym seemed very good as well. The pillows in our room were perfect for me. Big room with nice pool/garden view.

In this hotel, not only they know well what they do, but they do it perfectly. Even if you have a need, I am sure you will get satisfied by the stuff there. So, NO, there is nothting that I didn't like.

What can I say about this hotel. More than you will ever expect. The rooftop pool? Able to enjoy day and night? Without many people? Karon magic! The jacuzzi and hot steam? Paradise. The massage ladies? Professional and happy to serve, with decent prices? The room? Stylishly decorated, big size, excellent shower size and function. Food? A lot to try for everyone, reasonably priced for Phuket. Excellent vegetarian options with European or Thai-style food too! Peaceful, in walking distance from everything. The breakfast was excellent quality and the staff? The best, with first of all the Manager that is always present, his door is always available to knock if you ever need anything and all these come with big smiles and polite personnel. Highly recommended

In our opinion there was nothing we didn’t like.

From the moment of arrival the staff were very attentive and couldn’t do enough to help throughout our stay. There was such a calm and relaxing ambiance about the hotel at all times. Access to the pool (with amazing views) was available 24 hours a day which was great for a midnight swim. The spa treatments - very good The room was everything we expected and more. The food was to a high standard.

It's about 10-15 minute walk from the beach but they offer free shuttle runs twice a day and a taxi back is only 200 baht. The location means it's a bit quieter too

The staff were incredible - so friendly and very keen to help with everything. Our room was brilliant, with a little bunk bed for our daughter to sleep on and a separate lounge to hangout in. The facilities were great, room service was always prompt. Pool was really relaxing with a brilliant view.

The photos on the website and here on booking are not good enough to show how great is this hotel. Only negative is that there is a dump quite close to the resort and, depending on the wind direction, you can smell it quite strongly sometimes.

This resort is much better than how it is advertised! The staff is exceptionally kind, the breakfast was delicious, the restaurant has a massive list of choices. There is a reasonably priced but really high quality massage center in the hotel, a fantastic pool at 5th floor, where we had dinner at no extra cost and a sauna and hot water jacuzzi. The resort offers laundry service and moped rental. Room was big, clean and with great quality finiture.

This is not beach front so there is a short distance to walk to the beach and it is up-hill if you are mobility impaired. Elevator took a long time so I normally took the stairs.

This place was awesome! Very clean and impressive facility. Rooms were large with full refrigerator. Nice shower and balcony. I enjoyed the Thermal Pool and Steam Room. Good TV options and comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Room service. Rooftop pool with amazing view and bar. Awesome value for money. Treated me very well.

Nearly everything! We were captivated with the place right from the warm welcome we received at the reception. The place is fairly well maintained with no obvious flaws. Everything was pleasing to the eye. Rooms were well appointed, spacious, clean, and every amenity was functional. Great views of the ocean as well as the Big Buddha! Staff: simply amazing, everyone in this property acted like they were invested in us having a happy holiday, and that is at the top of every traveler's list. June (front desk) was very informative and helpful, she would help us with things herself. The restaurant staff were amazing and ensured that all our Thai food fantasies were brought to life from the kitchen. Kudos to Jones. Dassy was amazing, always has an energetic smile and would ensure that everything on our order was above our families expectations. We even noticed managerial Staff being deeply involved with the guests during breakfast buffets. Food was great. Would definitely visit again.

Uphill walk from the beach. 7 minutes, but hot and tired after a day at the beach. Earlier shuttle would be nice.

Nothing it was perfect

Excellent choice of breakfast from pastries to fruits and cheese, eggs of any variety freshly cooked & traditional Thai breakfast options. All of the staff are amazing and will go out of their way to help with anything. Beach towels are provided in reception, transport arranged to nearby beaches (at a small cost) food in the restaurant is exceptional and reasonably priced. The pool is out of this world with sun loungers, umbrellas and towels all provided. It is a 10 min walk to the beach and the main road for restaurants I cannot rate this hotel highly enough.
