Our balcony had only a small opening (like a window) to the garden so it was very hot out there. Beside that everything was amazing.

Great hotel and rooftop pool with an awesome view. Very friendly staff ready to help you with everything you need. Hotel is located in a quiet area, away from the city noise (cars, street music and people) but within a short walking distance to it. We really enjoyed staying there.

Karon beach is super super busy. Part of it are overwhelmingly busy, but the NORTH part is empty. The waves and sea are stunning and great fun. There is an amazing beach restaurant at the very end of the north beach where we had lunch 3 days in a row. The best lunches in 2weeks of travelling.

Excellent hotel. Just lovely. Fab pool great for lengths. Rooftop pool and service, beer and cocktails delivered for the sunset. Breakfast was great, fab omelettes. The rooms were lovely, comfy bed, spacious and clean. Such super helpful staff got us on a boat tour to Banana island, stunning and great restaurant bookings too. Cabs to the airport were booked for us. The manager is very helpful and around a lot. The gym was good. Everything was amazing about this hotel. We loved it. An oasis away from Busy Karon beach.

Nothing really …except the hill at the end when walking back from town! But only 3mins of walking hell and you’re at the hotel door so nothing much! lol!

Lovely, well maintained property. Rooms were spacious, clean and had all the elements needed for a wonderful stay. Pool was clean and being on rooftop great views! Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, hotel management should be very proud of them.

Lovely boutique hotel, ideal for couples wanting to chill out. Being up the hill it is away from the noise and activity on the beach. The rooftop pool is perfect for watching the sun go down, with a cocktail, whilst sitting at one of the tables in the pool. Staff are exceptional, friendly and a helpful as they can possibly be. Rooms are spotless and recently renovated to a very good standard. Food in the restaurant was very good and the menu was extensive.

The staff were very warm and welcoming esp Mr Sun the manager,Very polite and courteous man. Facilities were good with nice ambience kids loved the pool. Overall it was a great stay in Pacific Club. Will definitely stay there again.

Great rooms,good size ,facilities were lovely , great view from large balcony. Air conditioning great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Allowed us to store luggage for a few days while we went to another island, then returned. Buffet breakfast was delicious with good variety. Pool and spa was amazing.

It's a short hill walk to the main town and beach but we used the tuk tuks.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite which was perfect for our family of 4. Beds were very comfortable. It was large, clean and well equipped. Pools were beautiful. Staff were really friendly and professional.The manager treated us like friends and gave good advice on trips and thai culture. Spa treatments were well priced and a lovely treat. The hotel was exactly what we needed after a month visiting in the uk. We all agreed it is one of the best resorts we have stayed in .

Very friendly staff/owner. Wonderful rooftop pool area. Steam sauna and whirlpools are a plus. Good and quiet location. 10-15 minutes walk to the beach. Breakfast was good (once we ate). The room was spacious enough for three people. Laundry service worked well too...

Only thing we could complain about is that being on a hill, the taxi s would be more difficult to order, and to get back from the beach u had to really bargain with the taxi drivers (tuk tuk or app) for a good fare.

Everything was amazing during our stay. Staff was great, the rooftop pool is very nice, overall the hotel has a nice vibe and is very quiet (apart from the cicadas). Rooms are big and the beds very comfy. The food at Saneha restaurant was the best that we had in Karon, the cocktails as well, breakfast also delicious.

Some smell was outside (behind the hotel). The sauna is quite small, outdated and the temperature was too low.

The only slight downside to is the location. Walking up that hill is hard, lol. But the view is gorgeous. It wouldn't stop me returning.

We loved our family room with a sea view. Gorgeous decor. Lots of space for us all. Comfortable bed. Amazing staff. Massage at in house spa was lovely. Everything was awesome, right down to the products in the bathrooms. Fabulous area, lots happening in Karon. Would recommend. We can't wait to return.

All of the personel were so lovely and kind. The views from the rooftop pool were magnificent. The food in the restaurant was superb. Breakfast was very good and coffee exactly how I love it. Specially loved the fresh fruit selection every morning 😍 they even provided us a little potty seat for my 2year old :) We had a very pleasant stay at the Pacific and cant wait to come back when headed back to Thailand one day ❤️

We loved everything about stay. From the airport pickup to the welcome drink upon our arrival. The staff took care to make sure that we felt valued and appreciated. From setting up excursions or to just get a tuk tuk, like an open air taxi. Everything was done right

This hotel had everything you could want. Super friendly staff, fab rooftop pool, excellent food, most comfortable beds, gym, massage. We did not want to leave and booked an extra 2 nights. The staff were fantastic and couldnt do enough for us. Special mention to Jose, Front House Manager, who was so friendly, kind and helpful.

In this hotel, not only they know well what they do, but they do it perfectly. Even if you have a need, I am sure you will get satisfied by the stuff there. So, NO, there is nothting that I didn't like.

What can I say about this hotel. More than you will ever expect. The rooftop pool? Able to enjoy day and night? Without many people? Karon magic! The jacuzzi and hot steam? Paradise. The massage ladies? Professional and happy to serve, with decent prices? The room? Stylishly decorated, big size, excellent shower size and function. Food? A lot to try for everyone, reasonably priced for Phuket. Excellent vegetarian options with European or Thai-style food too! Peaceful, in walking distance from everything. The breakfast was excellent quality and the staff? The best, with first of all the Manager that is always present, his door is always available to knock if you ever need anything and all these come with big smiles and polite personnel. Highly recommended

In our opinion there was nothing we didn’t like.

From the moment of arrival the staff were very attentive and couldn’t do enough to help throughout our stay. There was such a calm and relaxing ambiance about the hotel at all times. Access to the pool (with amazing views) was available 24 hours a day which was great for a midnight swim. The spa treatments - very good The room was everything we expected and more. The food was to a high standard.
