The first room we got wasn't great, it was noisy from the street nightlife and had a strange smell. The air conditioning was loud and blowing right over our heads... Not the cleanest room either, towels and bedding have seen some rough times.

Good location, close to the beach and all the restaurants, close to the temple as well. The staff was accommodating with us in terms of changing our room, the second room was a lot better, cleaner and no more odd smells.

No elevator but that I knew, still it suprised me when I went to the 4 th floor.

everything, clean, comfort, quiet but everything is downstairs (our windows faced onto silent back street), big room and a kitchen in the room, big closet, good safe, many surfaces, good tv with many channels, a lot of different light, cozy, very good bed. they have another hotel 5 mins by car - in the mountains - with beautiful pool and fab view - you may go there for free.

There was something in the room like a gecko or rat maybe.

I liked the location of the property. Near 7-11 and fruit stands. 5 minutes from the Karon beach. Lots of bars and not expensive food.

Small room. A bit worn down. A bar across the street plays music almost every night, but earplugs made it almost ok. Very small window where you barely can see the sky.

Good location near the beach and many restaurants, not directly on the big road. Comfortable bed. Good air-condition. Good desk.

They gave us first a key from a room, which was occupied. So we bumped into other people chilling in their bed. But the staff made up for the mistake, by giving us a free upgrade.

- we choose the room in the backside but we can still hear loud music from the bars around til over midnight. - There is only rain shower in the bathroom, no handheld shower head which is a bit inconvenient

Huge room right in the center of Karon, only few minutes walking to the beach. Many restaurants and supermarkets around. Room is well-facilitated with microwave, fridge, cutlery, TV Nestflix… Overall very good value for the affordable price

No elevator, the climb can be steep especially if you are old or had a bike accident it may be difficult.

Location and the amenities, even though there was no elevator it was still worth climbing up!! It’s situated in the right spot with the beach nearby may be it will take less than 5 mins to walk to the beach !! We loved our stay here !!

These didn’t bother me too much but it might for others: the walls are paper thin so you can hear when someone walks in through the main door and the footsteps when they walk up. The door makes a beeping sound if it isn’t closed properly, so I’ve had to go downstairs to close it a couple of times. Make sure to close the door behind you ! The music from the streets were loud enough to enjoy, but some people may find that to be a problem. It’s an old building, so at times there may be a smell, especially when the AC is switched off.

There was daily housekeeping, the water pressure was good, everything was clean and comfortable, the walk to the beach was short and that we got the option to use the facilities in another hotel/resort. The lighting is also fantastic!

The check in was in their restuarant the bathroom was not clean and the rooms are quite old

The location is very central very close to the beach the room was overall like a 3-star hotel room the beds were pretty comfy you can also use facilities of their sister 5 star resort nearby

No real negatives. A Smart TV option would have been perfect (have to remember my Chromecast next time I travel) But overall more than reasonable accommodation for the price range.

The location is great, really close walk to the beach and beach area. Local food vendors, super cheap Pad Thai carts and fruit merchants right on the end of the Street. 711 and ATM just near by. Plenty of bars, live music and friendly massage girls and nightlife all within walking distance. The room was spacious. Moo at the front desk and the cleaning staff are amazing, they come every day to clean whether you like it or not 😃. Air Con worked perfectly and the bed was super soft and comfortable .

On 4th floor and no lift. Hard work getting suitcase up and down all those stairs. Because of the big footprint the aircon struggled a bit.

Big rooms and big comfortabel bed. The perfect location in Karon beach but just away from one of the main streets and walking distance from the bus stop and the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

I got 4th floor , there was no lift but not a big issue.
