Nice location on Long Beach with a good choice of restaurants at neighbouring resorts. Short long tail to Ton Sai and excellent location for snorkelling at Shark Point in the early morning before the boats arrive. Staff friendly, restaurant and shop okay, room cool and bed comfortable.

The location really says it all. We stayed in the beachfront villa with basically direct access to the beach from our terrace. A very unique experience. Bonus - your choice of eggs for breakfast. Perfect!

Great beach. Coral reef accessible from the beach. Gardens around the bungalows well kept. 2 free boat rides from and to Tonsai Pier (check in and check out). Breakfast had many options to choose from and dinner was good and reasonably priced.

The breakfast buffet was very limited for the price tag of the hotel. The staff's English is very very limited. No facilities to keep the kids entertained, apart from the magnificent beach. No free taxi boat to main island, expect for the day of arrival and departure. Only plastic chairs available on the beach, no proper shelter and day bed.

you cannot access this area at nighttime other than by a long tail boat (around 5-10 mins journey) as there is no other transport which we were disappointed at as there is not much going on around the hotel on a night time

The room could do with a safe as we had to carry money and passports with us. Buy the local mosquito spray, lots of bugs!

Comfortable room. Basic but clean and comfortable, great views. Short walk to bars, shops, restaurants and beach. Kids loved seeing lizards and monkeys and the resident chickens and cats .

Friendly staff. Great buffet breakfast. Hotel is 30-minute walk from the pier and busy part of the island. Phi Phi island is overall too expensive for what it is - too many taxi long tail boats parked on the beaches the ambiance of the island. You can find idyllic beaches and hotels in Krabi mainland for better value. Sorry, I won’t tell you where ; ~ )

Excellent base for enjoying Phi Phi Island - quiet on a beautiful beach and only 10 minutes in a longtail boat (or 20 minutes walk) from the busy town centre. Very kind and helpful staff including welcoming owner. Very good breakfast and extensive restaurant menu with good quality and very reasonable prices. Last but best: Beachfront villas are absolutely stunning with the best possible view and beach access.

Hotel and staff not diver friendly. At Tonsai morning diving start at 07:30-08:00 am. For hotel it wasn’t possible to prepare breakfast box. Breakfast is from 07:30 in restaurant. Also is problem with taxi boat in morning hours. During boat trip organised by hotel on their taxi boat I had serious leg injury. For taxi driver from hotel it was funny. Frustrated people without empathy. Overpriced!

The room was great but there were a few spots that could have been cleaned a little better. The walk to town at night was a little difficult since the path was not well marked.

The staff was excellent - friendly, helpful and always smiling. It was a peaceful quiet location. Waking up and being able to walk a few steps to the water for a swim was a wonderful luxury. The restaurant was great with a variety of food options.

If you want a great vacation in the beach - the location is great. But it is quite challenging to get to the town. I was leaving early in the morning for diving and it was difficult to find a boat to the town. Unfortunately, staff on the reception didn't help to organize one. I know that other hotels do help with transportation. If there's no boat you have to walk 30 min through the jungle. The walk itself is not too bad, but the last bit is nasty, you would want your hands free. The rooms are average, and so is the service. However, breakfast was great, lots of different options. But I've heard by the end of it not much is left.

If you go in rainy season, some rain may come through the window even if closed. The bathroom needs a little upgrade.

The location is amazing, right on the beach. The breakfast was good with enough options to choose from. We hope that in time they will update the bungalows.
