Walking to Patong center is doable but 15-20 minutes away and on steep road, so we used cars & bikes every day for transport.

Our check-in process was slightly bumpy due to a language barrier with the receptionist on duty. Despite this minor hiccup, the situation was managed well, and it did not impact our overall experience. The hotel does not boast a large pool or a gym, however the private spa added an exclusive touch to our stay, providing a personal oasis of relaxation.

I recently stayed for a week in s "Suite with Private Spa" at this accommodation and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The service was commendable, making our stay quite enjoyable. I liked the breakfast although I had seen people complaining about lack of options. Maybe hotel has improved it or others had higher expectations.

Its probably only once or twice during your travels that you stay at a hotel that just makes you go “wow this is just awesome I love it here and don’t ever want to leave” Patong Heights is one such place No airs no graces they just deliver what you want when you want it It all starts with the people - you will not find find better people in any other hotel - don’t care if you at the Ritz Carlton reading this - my guys at Patong Heights are better and make you feel really really welcome 🙏 Jeff and Vivien Sa and Phuw and Zor - et al keep on doing what you’re doing cos you’re doing great - one example is how they kept me the same table every night without asking as they knew I liked it The rooms are excellent Food is excellent The view is excellent It’s a little out ot town up the hill which some people have commented on but its only like a £4 or $5 taxi fare plus they have a shuttle bus 4 times a day to and from town Do come just to enjoy Patong and see for yourselves that these guys are awesome You deserve to stay here and experience this I hope I will again soon

The hotel is surrounded by construction with no days off (Which was not communicated before booking or arrival) The pool is nice but there are unpleasant smell in the air. The breakfast and menu can include more western options.

Very clean, elegant, spacious and new! (Room with sea view) The shuttle is nice. The kitchen is missing some essentials.

Up on a steep hill. Need to take a cab to get there. Advantage of that is it is far from the crowds near Patong.

Very spacious and clean rooms that are well equipped and furnished. Nice view of the beach on the top floor.

Everything about it, the staff were amazing. One of the best places I’ve stayed in Thailand, and I’ve been here over many years. Special mention to all for helping me out too, I had an accident on the motorbike, and they couldn’t have been more supportive with everything. I will be back for sure, and would definitely recommend this place to all. Thanks again! Michael

There's nog much to dislike. The hotel is outside of the madness of Patong and on a hill (hence the name I guess) so you'll need a taxi to get you anywhere. Breakfast was good but there's not as much choice as some big chain hotels offer. Nevertheless no reason to complain.

Great, super modern hotel with one of the most beautiful rooms I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. The xxl balcony had a breathtaking view over the sea and Patong and was even equipped with a full blown kitchen of the highest quality. The bed was comfortable and the ultra quiet airconditioning had no trouble at all keeping the room at a nice temperature. The fit and finish of the room (and actually the entire hotel) is second to none and so is the cleanliness. Spot on.

Breakfast had great variety of everything from fruit/yoghurt/fresh croissants to cooked Thai food, egg station and more. Delicious! Room was beautiful. Spacious, clean, comfortable. Great views and lovely infinity pool. Quiet location just a couple of minutes drive from Patong beach. Lovely helpful friendly staff.
