Our Air Con had an issue - which they attempted to fix 3 times. Last attempt was offered. Room upgrade - but we’re checking out next day so declined. Room service could be improved - very slow some days.

2nd stay here and an excellent base for Ao Nang. Just off the Main Street and a short walk to the beach - but tranquil and isolated from the main bustle of the resort. Rooms are spacious and spaced out enough to feel you have your own tropical paradise. 3 pools to choose from and central lake area all overlooked by a beautiful rock towering above Ao Nang.

As the outdoor part of hotel is super nice, the indoors (rooms) really requires some renovation. Even though the house keeping staff really did great job, cleaning rooms, there were some parts which they are not responsible for, but made us feel like our room is not clean. Everything is so worn out, bathroom is covered in stone sediment buildup, closet smells bad, walls require re-painting.

We got free room upgrade, beautiful pool area and views, perfect location.

The breakfast was somewhat sub-standard compared to what we have experienced during the rest of our travels in Thailand. And the toilet did not flush properly

Stayed for a night while passing through from Koh Yao Yai back to Bangkok. Good location in center of Ao Nang, but nicely tugged away on a laguna, so it was quiet. The pools are really nice, especially as bathing in the sea was out of the question (jellyfish and lots of dead fish washed ashore).

The resort is aging but it still very comfortable. TV in our room so old it virtually unwatchable. They should have fresh orange juice for breakfast not a orange cordial.

Peace Laguna is a wonderful resort. The staff area so friendly and the resort is situated in lush tropical gardens with water Monitor lizards swimming in the lagoon situated in the resorts grounds. There are three swimming pools to choose from. The room was huge with comfy beds but the resort is a little bit out dated. The TV in the room was very old. The resort is situated in an excellent location with restaurants, bars and shopping only a couple of minutes away and Ao Nang Beach is only 10 minutes walk away. Excellent location. Aut the gentleman at the reception was wonderful re his travel tips.

We arrived after check in time hot and tired but room wasn’t ready and were told we needed to wait for an hour. No apology. We asked for another room and eventually given a twin. Difficult to find water outside the room. Breakfast adequate but not exceptional. Cannot access beach directly.

Good size room and comfortable. Nice swimming pool. Close to busy street with interesting shops.

My neighbours upstairs were very restless. Every night, i would hear them dragging furniture and running in the room. One annoying thing was every time you walk out and come back, you have to re login to the Internet. The rest was great.

The location is 10 out of 10. It is in the heart of the city, 6 or 7 min walk to Ao Nag beach, all the restaurants, massage places,shops and everything you want. Yet once you enter the hotel, it's quiet and peaceful. The staff is very nice and helpful.

We arrived 2 hours earlier, but we couldn’t check in earlier. Waited on the reception are, and there was no air condition. It was open air area and we almost passed out from the heat

There are no toothpaste/brushes in the room, but you can get those at reception upon request. The beach is a bit far.

We stayed in the villa facing the pond and mountains and enjoyed the amazing view. The room is spacious, and the beds are super comfy. Rates included breakfast and afternoon tea/snacks. It is a great location - you go out, and there are plenty of shops, cafes, restaurants, and massage salons. There are 3 swimming pools and there were always enough sunbeds and towels for all guests. The hotel allowed us an early check-in and helped with car booking, which we greatly appreciated.

The rooms seem dated and there was a sewerage smell in the bathroom. Also gap below door meaning mosquitos easily got into the room.

Great location, near to the main part of Ao Nang but quiet enough. Perfect mix. Really lovely resort, three separate pools, beautiful backdrop. Room decent size. Breakfast was fine! Staff really helpful and sweet. A solid 7/10.

There were too few loungers and parasols at the pool and, of course people had blocked them with towels and disappeared. Not really a problem for us as we just used the pool for a swim then back to our cottage nearby.

We had a pool side cottage. It was a great size. Outdoor shower which was great. Breakfast was excellent. The location was good - a five minute walk to the centre, or five minutes out the back way to a quiet track leading to the beach, avoiding the busy main drag.
